Dont order from this company - delays and excuses
They have changed the delivery date several times, even though the part I ordered was listed as "In stock" on their website.
A week after I placed my order I contacted them asking the status of my order without an answer. After contacted them once more they responded and the excuses started pouring in.
When I communicated my disapointment their response was:
"We could cancel the order; however, this would involve a considerable amount of effort and would not be ideal for us.
That said, the decision is entirely yours. If the delivery time is too late for you, we will cancel the order with the supplier"
I gave them the benefit of the doubt - which obviously wasnt the right choice.
All Ive gotten for over a month is excuses and information that my order will leave their warehouse the same day (without even giving me a tracking ID).
- Surprise Surprise I am yet to recieve my order two weeks later.
Conclusion: As anothers have already stated - Do NOT order from this company.
