Came within the hour. Charges explained over the phone without prompting. Very quick fix. A genuine local independent trader, honest and a nice guy. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with both front door locks as they kept going out of alignment with the changing weather. The locksmith (Danny) was incredibly friendly and well-informed. Gave us a choice of locks of varying levels of price and security, with good information about each with regards to insurance and British Standard rating etc. He worked very quickly, and even when finished was happy to adjust them to ensure my elderly mother could easily lock and unlock them. Even discussed the pros and cons of using the home insurance to cover the costs. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Ollie’s locksmiths! I stupidly left my keys at home and locked myself out of my own house a few days ago. I live alone and it was a bit of a scary experience for me. I panicked and did a quick google search of the local locksmiths and came across Ollie.

I booked him and he arrived much sooner than I had anticipated! When he arrived, he calmed me down also. It was great to see that independent businesses still care about the service they provide. He got me back into my house quickly and the price was really good!

Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received! I hope I never have to use a locksmith again, but if I do, I am using the same company without a doubt!

An ex-housemate was trying to get back into the house, even though his contract had ended and had moved out a weekend. He still had the key to the house, which he should of handed back to the landlord. Anyway, he was a nightmare and so the landlord agreed to have the locks change. I found Besecure Locksmiths and they came in a flash to change the locks. I was impressed. I thought it would have taken longer than that to sort out but after a short conversation on the phone, they attended to this situation straight away. The guy that carried out the service, was professional and very polite. It didn't take long to change the locks and the cost was a lot cheaper than expected. I'll certainly recommend them and keep them in mind if I ever need a locksmith again. Great job guys!

We called out Ollie when our front door lock had broken. Ollie was able to give an estimation of cost over the phone, one that was much less than the other companies we rang. Ollie arrived promptly and was able to sort the problem quickly. He was both polite and professional. I would happily use Ollie again and will be recommending him to anyone needing a locksmith.
