Adding a clarification because the vendor seems to have missed the point in their reply:
It took a week from the order being placed to when the goods where confirmed *ready to ship*. Then more days for delivery time. So total delivery time experience was more than one week. Does not seem reasonable to blame FedEx. This is a question of how quickly beslagonline is able to turn around an order and have it ready for shipment. I would suggest this should be 24 hours max. In my case it took them a whole week.

When you run a shop or any kind of business is quite important to keep in touch with your customers.
No option to call just email but then you need to answer emails . No answer for 4 working days is not acceptable.
Can’t really recommend you and it a shame since the products you sell looks good.

Tolls and poor customer experience
Initially, I was very happy with the customer service. I wanted to extend my order and they came up with a solution, promising that they would ship both orders together. Delivery took longer than expected; the package came almost a month after placing the order. Of course, they didn't follow the agreement and shipped the packages separately, one of which, I still haven't received.
BE AWARE, that despite this shop looking like Norwegian, the order is sent from Sweden, which means import taxes (clearance fee + mva).
