Excellent choice of in stock knobs

Excellent choice of in stock knobs, which allowed us to finish our kitchen refurbishment with porcelain knobs. The knobs arrived in the UK within a few business days and looked better than expected, with straightforward installation.

The package has not been delivered…

The package has not been delivered though weird German company, took also more than a week to get things going and the package comes from Sweden? (Though we site has .nl/ Emails in Danish. I will probably get scammed for €200,- so as you can imagine I wouldn’t recommend this.
Do not order here.

BEWARE this company misleads you on…

BEWARE this company, AKA Pullsonline, misleads you on their check out page and delivery service.

I ordered to be delivered to my home address in the UK. On checkout I chose the cheapest delivery service, but didn't notice it said 'service point'.

On the checkout page the delivery address was clearly stated as my home address, so was not alerted to the fact that I had made an error selecting the delivery service, so I completed the order by making the payment.

Subsequently sent an email, saying the item is ready for collection at a UPS collection point 45minutes away....?

Despite the fact that I had inadvertently selected service point, at no point on the checkout details online did it state a UPS collection point as the delivery address, or give me a choice of location.

The payment/complete order page stated my delivery address as my home address (where I wanted it to go).

Very misleading - I'm not driving 45 mins to collect from a service point I was given no choice over.

Beslag, AKA PULLSONLINE, say I have to await for it to be returned to them after 'non-collection', before I receive refund, won't refund the delivery cost.

I'd like to upload the screenshot that proves this, but don't seem to have that option here.

Dishonest and misleading.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. I spent far too long trying to arrange a return with a member of staff who promised me a return label via email which never came. Since then the chat function is permanently offline and they do not respond to emails. Unnecessarily stressful experience, will not use again.

Fast delivery, and email-spamming

This is my second purchase with beslagonline.se, and the experience is smooth. You guys still have some considerable online-business manners to brush up on though!

My purchase, generated no less than 8, eight(!), emails from order to delivery, in four days. On one hand, more info is always better than less, but three of the emails are also pure marketing, rubbing in my face why you are better than other stores, and why I should stick to buying from you...

Isn't it obvious that I already chose to trust you with my business? Let your actions speak for themselves! Your email golden-shower had a diametrically opposite effect on me, and cast an annoying shadow on your in other aspects good level of service.

Don't be so anxious and hysteric! That impression can not be washed off if rubbed in too hard, and it only took your mail-bots 3 days to make me feel that way. I've worked some of northern Europe's most successful online retailers, for 10 years.

No, I don't believe this is an unfortunate coincidence. The nature of your emails show that this, is what you believe to be good online marketing. Reconsider.

...and, just after I submitted this review, you sent, ONE MORE, email. Seriously, get a hold of yourselves, people!

Delivery and returns charges are…

Delivery and returns charges are outrageous. Shop elsewhere if you can! Make sure you don’t make any mistakes when ordering because they will charge you through the nose for returns. I paid for my own return for one handle and never even received the refund! Terrible customer service.

Paid extra for home delivery - got to pickup

I ordered some drawers online and paid for "home-delivery" via BudBee.
Got a confirmation that it will be delivered to a pickup-point and via Post Nord.

Not the best experience, as I now have to pick-up and carry the quite big items and reaching out to the support to getting at least the money back for the home delivery...

Had better experience before, with quick service and good quality, but this time I am not so happy ...

No help and no handles!

Have not received my order or any shippimg information from UPS. Went back to customer service for some help with tracking information and nothing. It has now held us up finishing an important job.
You cant speak to anyone, only email and the live chat is constantly offline.
Will not ever use them again.
