Great product and service from Bespoke Arcades. The team there made us very welcome when we came to visit their workshop. They guided us through all the options and gave us great advice. The machine arrived promptly, is well-built and easy to use... and great fun! Thanks.

Got a standup arcade machine from Bespoke arcades with all (thousands) of retro games on them so I could revisit all the old classics like Space Invaders, Robotron, Joust, etc. This company couldn't have been more helpful from the very first query. Back and forth discussions on which joysticks, button configurations, trackerball, spinner and suchlike. Can choose where to put all these controls on the machine as you may be left or right handed, the games you'll be focussing on and such like. Can put any artwork on the machine and the company really help with suggestions and formats. I ended up with a Tron theme on the left panel, my favourite spaceship from a book cover on the right panel and a custom Tron picture of myself with the wife on the front. Bespoke arcades incorporated a 3D Tron disk with light on the panel that really makes it 'zing'. Looks fantastic and I would highly recommend getting some art on your machine. Why have it plain black when it can look like a fabulous work of art?
Got assistance from Bespoke, after using the machine for a while, in reconfiguring some of the buttons. Again, they couldn't have been more helpful and showed me how to adjust the button setup to maximise preferred ergonomics.
Very happy with my purchase and the support provided. Must be said, it was also less expensive than I expected, but don't tell them that.

Love my new arcade machine! Phil, Ben and the team were super helpful, friendly, and communicative throughout. A few technical teething issues on receipt (entirely of my own making) and Phil was quick to remote into the machine and sort it all out in no time. Great customer service!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Bespoke Arcades—the machine is exactly what I expected and performs brilliantly. While there was more to learn than was covered in the initial introduction and purchase material, the aftercare service has been exceptional. The team is always quick to respond to email queries, happy to jump on a call to help remotely, and genuinely committed to resolving any issues. On one occasion, they even visited my home to investigate a potential software or hardware issue. That level of support is rare and truly impressive.

Just upgraded my arcade machine with Bespoke Arcades and have added PS1, N64 and a host of games to my arsenal! Oh the nostalgia, they were great guiding me around swapping the machines and setting up the controls remotely. I have it in my holiday rental and the AirBnB guests love it. I’m sure they come back each year just to try and beat my Pac-Man score ha ha

I ordered my original machine, however it got damaged in transit. Bespoke could not be more helpful in getting this sorted. They replaced the machine, upgraded it for free and did everything they could to rectify the accident. Brilliant customer service and my new machine is perfect. Highly recommended

I bought an arcade machine to remind me of days gone by. Phil was incredibly patient and helpful when deciding on which one to buy, he actually advised me to look at the lower priced machines as these would more than cover my needs. The delivery process was well infirmed and set up around my schedule. The machine itself is better than I had imagined and is quite the attraction for my friends. Alyhough plug in and play, being a technophobe i had some basic questions, Phil was more than happy to help via a 10 minute call.

Absolutely love my EVO Machine. Games as far back as 1976 (that I have found so far). Love the Alphabetical feature to hunt for those 1980s Arcade machine games, and they are all on there. Surprised to see Arcade games that were for the Asian market (as my mate was loving playing those ones too). Top Quality, and love the fact there is dial in support for any issues.

Having ordered a bespoke BA Evo Arcade Machine through bespoke-arcades.co.uk I have to say we are delighted with both the product and the service.

Right from the off Phil and Ben were amazing to deal with. The communication was first class with answers to questions and calls lightning fast even on a weekend.

These guys clearly know and absolutely love what they do and that shows in the product.

We ordered a completely bespoke machine with custom prints and the end result is amazing. Even down to the fact that there was a minor error on the design files (that we supplied - our fault!) and Phil stepped in to rescue the design with his own graphics and print skills - brilliant!

The machine is great to use, loads of games and definitely hours of fun for years to come.

Just bought a top-end machine from Bespoke and the process has been painless from start to finish. I started the process of looking for an arcade cabinet with a different company but the customer service was poor enough to eventually scare me away. From the very beginning the experience with Bespoke was completely different - instead of just responding to my initial query with an email I had a phone call from Phil (you'll see his name pop up a lot in reviews) to discuss my requirements and talk through some options. The process of getting and revising quotes was easy with a clear list of options that I could pick and choose from as we progressed. In the end I went with pretty much every optional extra and I was intrigued to see how they would put it all together. The machine arrived very safely packaged on a pallet and when unwrapped the build quality was obvious - even better than I had expected to be quite honest, with a great deal of attention to detail and quality finishing. Everything worked straight out of the box and it's both beautiful to look at and a joy to play. After-sales service is something that always seems to be lacking with companies these days, but not in this case. I've already have several back and forths with Phil and Nic after delivery, getting advice, support and dealing with any niggling issues. The impression you get is that when they sell you a machine, they not only want to make sure you're delighted with it, but that they want to make sure you STAY delighted with it. Overall I honestly couldn't be happier both with the kit and the service and I thoroughly recommend Bespoke if you're looking for a cabinet of your own. I've also recommended them in various Reddit threads.

Excellent customer service - had an issue with my arcade machine (computer needed resetting) and sent them an email if they could assist as I’m useless with IT- they identified the issue straight away - sent through links on how and where to get a new battery and keyboard ensuring I bought the correct ones. They then booked in a telephone appointment convient for me to talk me through what to do. machine back up and running - thank you so much and highly recommend bespoke arcades

Purchased a while back and love the quality of the build and variety of games. They are also quick to respond with any tech questions. Would recommend if you are looking for a centrepiece for lounge or games room

Bought my custom Evo Elite after visiting Bespoke Arcades' workshop/showroom in September '24. The team run the most professional of operations, yet remain friendly and fast with communication. The arcade is built with the highest quality, looks amazing and has proven to be quite sturdy too. Post-sales support has been exceptional too, with my occasional queries always handled promptly and above expectations. If you're looking for a high quality arcade machine, look no further!

A first class team. Bespoke Arcades advised and designed two wonderful bespoke game machines for our top end chalet in the Alps. Phil and his team are true enthusiasts with utter devotion to these retro games. They delivered the large items to a remote location in the high Alps on time and on budget. Phil even travelled to site to ensure correct assembly and installation. I cannot speak more highly of the team. Finally, when software upgrades or adjustments were needed, they are only a phone call away…. Top team… 5 stars!
