I chose Bespoke Gas when I needed a new heating system as they had been recommended by friends and completed work for our church. I knew from this experience that they would solve any problem and I was able to trust them completely. They completed the work while I was away - moving furniture and leaving the house clean and as I left it. How lovely to come back to a warm house after making do with electric heaters!

I recently used Bespoke Gas in Curdridge for my boiler service and was impressed from start to finish. Kate provided a friendly and informative welcome, clearly explaining their terms of business, which gave me confidence to go ahead and book.

Anthony carried out the service and was exceptionally thorough. He treated my home with great respect, even wearing shoe covers throughout, which I really appreciated. Following the visit, I received a helpful and friendly follow‑up call from Kurtis, rounding off the experience perfectly.

This is a genuine family business that clearly takes pride in its work and customer care. I can highly recommend Bespoke Gas.

Our Vaillant boiler chose to pack-up on a weekend, but Anthony responded straight away, expertly diagnosed and fixed it (and reset the immersion heater) - super service on a Saturday evening (and had the PCB in stock), a real gem of a local firm!

Decided to try my local family run firm for my boiler issues, found out about bespoke through word of mouth and gave them a call! Very professional. Communication was clear. Problem diagnosed within the hour ‘ part ordered and they returned very quickly to install. Kurtis our repair man was polite and clean tidy with his work. Ie boot covers. If you’re an emergency and have no hot water Kate at the office can shuffle things round and get you bumped up the list and you’ll be considered a priority. All in all you’re in safe hands 🙌🏻 highly recommended

This family run small company provides a depth of expertise rarely found these days. The attention to detail, cleanliness and politeness are a pleasant change from indifference and surliness.
They have installed air cooling and heat pump for us and provided annual servicing for our heating and cooling systems.

The team at Bespoke were really responsive when I had a fault with my boiler just after Christmas. I was so very grateful! And again, my boiler service was completed with no hassle or stress. From my initial enquiry, handled by the very friendly and professional Kate, to when Anthony left my house, the service has been first class. My job was a service and a part replacement and I will definitely ask Bespoke Gas to continue to look after my oil fired boiler.
