Ordered a Pokémon terrarium with an Umbrion, blossom tree and LED crystals and it came out fantastic. My fiancé loves it.
Takes a couple weeks (it is custom made, so that’s fair) but managed to get it plenty of time before Xmas anyway, so very happy.
It was packaged well and has a little ring stand in the pack, which my fiancé accidentally threw away as she didn’t notice it (whoops!).
Anyway, an all round great experience, I think what you’re doing is great, so thank you 🙏

Jamie is understanding, patient, and goes the extra mile. I ordered a terrarium that the delivery company lost, and he made sure I received a replacement. It arrived just today and I'm super happy with it.

One of the best handmade products I have ever purchased! The care and attention to detail is second to none. We ordered a custom bonsai tree and we absolutely love it. The process was easy and Jamie was so friendly and responsive. He even hand delivered the piece to make sure nothing was damaged in the post.

Really love the final product, it's a nice size and all the details are really carefully added. My only comment would be the battery pack for the lights - either it's a connection thing or the battery provided was low in power, but whilst the lights worked well initially, I'd find the connection would be a bit unstable so they'd either dim or not light up at all, even with a fresh battery.
But other than a small light problem, the rest of the piece is excellent, and I'd definitely like to get more with my favourite Pokemon in future.

I got a custom Charizard Terrarium. Its beyond amazing and I couldn't be happier with it. Jamie helped me choose the background and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The detail is superb, from the lava to rocks to orange quartz crystals. 10/10 I couldn't recomend them more!

Ordered an Umbreon 10cm bespoke terrarium and it looks amazing! My partner fell in love with the work after a con in manchester. The Quality is great, highly recommend choosing the option with LED lights for the evening displays. Looks how I imagined when adding in description! I ordered Sept 11th and it arrived October 5/6th perfect time for my partners birthday! Would recommend ordering a great gift for pokemom lovers

I ordered a charmander and squirtle in a sand/ water theme and the end result came out amazing! Jamie has some real talent making custom works of art along with great customer service. Will definitely be ordering more in the near future. Highly recommend this great product/ company to anyone.

What an amazing product Litterly blew me away and I opened the box and amazing customer service now just need to decide on what Pokemon I get in my next one
