Incorrect Delivery “ETA”

Bespoke Post features a shipping ETA for free shipping, though at checkout it will offer you specific delivery dates if you pay extra. I never rush the delivery but for $5 extra it said I could get my package By November 18 (ordered November 15) Unfortunately their customer service claims “We don't give out delivery dates when placing orders but we do provide estimated ship dates which is the date that your order will most likely be shipped out by our warehouse.” Well i went right onto the website and proved them wrong with screenshots showing i could place an order for anything at anytime and it would say “$5 additional shipping to receive on (3 day after order)” I ended up getting a refund on my shipping fee after spending 5 hours chatting with multiple people, they told me i must’ve misread the website. I’m just surprised by lack of customer service from a company that claims they won 2023’s Best Customer Service (for a subscription based company)

Don't buy from this company

Someone stole our credit info and was purchasing from this company. They refused to help us AND refused to help our credit card company. Cost us almost $1000!
Not an honest firm.

I had a return and the VERY EASY…

I had a return and the VERY EASY process of returning something and exchanging it does not get any better than with Bespoke , Had return label in 18 hrs and on its way back . awesome Customer Service.

I have rarely had to contact customer…

I have rarely had to contact customer support as the products are so good; it's just really been sizing issues and a coaster that arrived broken.
On every occasion the response was from a real person who wrote their response and didn't copy and paste.
A Bespoke response if you will.

Bespoke Post Delivers on All Fronts

Bespoke Post is one my favorite sites for purchasing unique and high quality items. I have always been beyond satisfied with the items I have purchased. In addition to this, their customer service is incredible. On the rare occasions I have had to deal with a problem, their customer service associates have been responsive, kind, and efficient. I have always had things resolved without complications.

Great Service

Bespoke post has always been a great place for those unique gift gifts or little gadgets. I didn’t know I needed recently. I had a problem with a box when I reached out to customer service was prompt and resolved my issue quickly.

The BEST customer service experience!

I recently missed a deadline to make changes to the monthly box order and I reached out to the customer service team to try to resolve it. Almost immediately I was informed that the issue had been corrected without hesitation and I was made to feel like a VIP customer! This company has the BEST customer service and standards of practice of any company I have encountered over the last 20+ years as a consumer!

Absolutely horrendous customer service…

Absolutely horrendous customer service and shady business practices. I placed an order late at night using Shop Pay, which stores all of your old address. I accidentally used an old address from a state I used to live in. I immediately reached out to their customer service team to have my address changed. They responded within a few hours and told me it was too late to change my address. How is that even possible? Cannot believe how suspicious and unprofessional this is and never once in my life have I not been able to modify an order just moments after placing it until now. Will not be buying from this company ever again. Lost over $400 from this company because of a careless mistake I made placing this order late at night. Unbelievable...

Terrible quality imported products…

Update: added a star because of Bespoke response. They did make the effort to sort this out.
Terrible quality imported products masquerading as rugged quality goods. Had some "pass", many "fail". Our recent scare, when the poor grade metal caused the bottom of our camp stove to fall out on the FIRST use!!, has made us realise that Bespoke Post will sell you products that endanger your life and the nature around you.

Bespoke helping Make Memories for the next generation

I’ve been a member of Bespoke for close to 2 years now.
I enjoy the often times unique items I find and Bespoke allows me to give my 6 grandchildren things I get from Bespoke on birthdays and Christmas, items you don’t find everyday, especially me because I hate shopping and rarely do it.
Also I’ve found that on MOST items I’ve purchased from Bespoke the quality of those items is second to none. Many things I know they will have and keep for a lifetime, reminding them of their Poppy and the great times and memories we are making.

Amazing Customer Service

I received my September box and the item was damaged. I emailed Bespoke customer service and within minutes I had a response and a replacement box was on the way. Amazing customer service and a great company.
