The products were good however I would prefer to know what the garments are made of eg linen rayon silk or blend.

The shipment was as expected. The material and workmanship is very good

I ordered and paid in april 2021but never got my purchase. Received notification of some trouble, that it is delayed. Nothing, tried to contact but no answer.

This stuff is JUNK! Don’t bother. Horrible quality. Doesn’t fit right. JUNK. Out of seven things, I put 4 straight into a donation pile. Not like I’m going to return it! Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you.

Good but no returns! The items I ordered are very nice, but one of them is way to big and another doesn't fit quite right. I didn't realize when I ordered that they offer NO RETURNS.

The dress I ordered was beautiful and the material light and flowing but, and it is a big but, the material was completely see-through with all my underwear on show. This is no good for me as the countries I go on holiday to would lock me up if I wore it so I asked for a refund. What I got was a very small amount back and no chance to return the item as it didn't come with any paperwork.

Everything was good - except clothes came with no tag on washing instructions and or material content. I also had 1 with rather unfinished neck line - bit weird flow and shape to the neck line although I think that was the intent. Otherwise happy

I was very happy with the quality of the merchandise and all of the items fit perfectly so I am happy to see that the sizing chart worked. I’ll be looking at merchandise more often through this platform even though it takes a little while to get it. Good value.

The order took a little longer than most internet shopping I've done. However, everything was in the order and I am happy with the items. I think it would be nice if each item had care instructions. I had to go back on line to get that information.

The dress I ordered is beautiful. It is slightly large for a medium but the design & comfort is so good, I decided to keep it. If you are usually a medium size, order a small in an unfitted dress.
When I communicated this to bersis customer service, they couldn’t have been more understanding. Definitely recommend this company.

Three out of four of my shirts fit very nicely. The fourth was a little snug but doesn't look too bad. I called to see how to return. I was given the option to return or have a $ 10 credit . I went with the credit which appeared yet that day on my card.

I purchased these three T-shirts and absolutely love them. The fit is great and the material is of great quality. The only problem it took awhile for the delivery.

Dress is great. Fits well, true to size. Took longer to get here than expected and went to wrong state but eventually got here. I would order from this company again.
