Ordered an item which was lost in transit so they agreed to ship replacement. Replacement was totally different to what I'd ordered. First excuse was that was what I'd ordered, then offered £2 compensation.Then £4 ,I said no mail me a return label. They refused saying I had to pay shipping to China!. Raised a case with PayPal and got a refund. They then contacted PayPal saying I was trying to cheat them and PayPal reversed the refund. I'm now £31 out of pocket with an item I don't want AVOID !!!

I ordered a construction set of a digger, dump truck and forklift for £40 only the forklift arrived after 11 emails and photo I have been eventually offered £10 if I want to return it, I have to pay carriage costs. This is a scam. Keep this site at arms length.

Wrong item sent and terrible customer service. Like a lot of others I ordered construction set. Took weeks to come and received only the forklift. I contacted them and sent photos of item and packaging to show definitely no room for missing two items. They were adamant that correct items sent, offered £2 then £4 now £6 as good will gesture. Said to send back to China at my expense. This is obviously an intentional SCAM do not use this company!!!!

After repeatedly seeing the commercial on Facebook for a remote control construction set consisting of a forklift, excavator and dump truck for about £22 I thought that looks like a good bargain so I proceeded to order it, When it came to pay the cost was nearer £30 after tax and delivery charges.
Still a good price I thought so I proceeded with the order.
I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery and after a couple of weeks a package arrived.
But it only had one vehicle in it, the forklift,
After several exchanges of email with Best Sellers they insisted I had the correct order and refused to complete the order or refund my money insisting they have done wrong but then they have offered me £6 in compensation!
Why would you offer a small compensation if they have done nothing wrong?
Very good at correspondence but but deceitful advertising.

Crooks. Agree with everything that's been said. Ordered a product that was clearly described as 3 items, yet only one arrived. Offered paltry compensation or the threat of a costly return to warehouse.
ITS A SCAM

Order took ages to come and then only one forklift, not the digger and dumper truck too. Customer service very poor. Offered £4 compensation and then £6 . I paid £40 . Complete rip off . AVOID AT ALL COSTS November 4th

Description was clearly a set of 3 little RC vehicles. I received 1 vehicle. The company refused to acknowlege the wrong item had been supplied even though I supplied screenshots of the order. Offered a paltry 10% of original cost but did raise their offer significantly (hence 1 star).
Their name is misleading - this is not a UK based company and the products displayed are clearly not what you receive.

Ordered a set of 3 items, only got 1.
They're trying to say that's what I ordered, even when I have obvious proof, and offer me a refund of a 10th of the value.
Rip-off merchants, avoid.

Mini RC construction set.
Illustration shows 3 separate vehicles (fork lift, dump truck and bulldozer)
An additional unspecified "tax" was added to the *Total* (refunded when I complained)
Took over one month to be delivered from US despite the UK domain name.
When eventually delivered there was only one vehicle (fork lift) and it was tiny as was the controller.
Haven't tried out but looks as if it will last 5 minutes and unsuitable for child.

Should have followed my gut instinct that it was too good to be true.

I was getting a bit concerned as I waited a long time. However it arrived today. I haven't tried using the craft cutter yet.

I ordered their cosmetic for eyebrows as seen on Facebook. It arrived completely dried up and useless. They suggested putting in warm water. It did not work. The item is not fit for purpose. To obtain a refund it has to be returned to China at great expense.
DO NOT BUY!!
