Dee was really helpful
Dee was really helpful in suggesting a vape after i gave her some details of what i wanted it to do.
after a few emails back & forth i thought i'd just ring and chat to her rather than email, very helpful on the phone, She checked physically that what i wanted was in stock then personaly packaged it and shipped it out within an hour or so to ensure it went out that day, hopefully it'll be here tomorrow.
She even did me a discount on some liquid to see if i like it or not.

After being a customer for years…
After being a customer for years probably one of the first….when you have a problem with your vape which they sold me as a recommendation as I was unsure what to go for, I had nothing but problems with it. I went back 3 times! The customer service is shockingly awful especially from the large blonde haired lady at the Enderby shop. Never will I give them my custom again! She is just a rude vile lady!
