Your money is not safe at all
Booked and paid £7000 for a holiday in January, they cancelled in April and they will not pay our money back! No correspondence at all, horrendous company please don’t book with them. Sent 40 emails had two reply’s might get my money back in August now might get it back in September, will not speak to you on the phone as there to busy.

I booked dubai with them for 19th may this year due to the war and travel advice couldn't travel. They have continuous lied about my refund date. I have in writing that it was meant now to be 10th August and still haven't received it and there not responding to me again.
I beg anyone reading this do not book with them they will answer me with the usual response but the fact of the matter is no one should book a holiday and not be able to go and 3 months later still not have there money back. If best at travel carnt refund earlier than 3 months they should not be in business. Friends who booked with emirates were refunded within 14 days. If you are going to ever book just read this and book with emirates or another company who can refund you if anything goes wrong. The fact of the matter is they have the money back from our flights and hotel and its just ridiculous that it would take so long. This is people's hard earned money they keeping and lying and not responding has just caused me and my family stress. Please do not book with just use someone else

I’ve been loyal customer to Best at Travel for many years and the Customer Service has always been exceptional. Most recently, I needed to change my holiday dates at very short notice and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Nothing was too much trouble and they made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for all the help and in particular Clare the excellent General Manager who instills such good morals into the business and it certainly shows in all the staff there. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Best at Travel to family and friends as they are certainly the best!!!

WORST AT TRAVEL
Had holiday to Dubai cancelled in April because of the Middle East crisis. Even though I should have received a refund in 14,days, I was told that it would not be possible to do until the week commencing 20 July. I accepted the explanation that they were going to be especially busy because of this. Anyway, that week came and went…no refund made as promised.
I have tried to phone but they tell you to email, which I have done 3 times since. Apart from the automated response, no follow up has happened whatsoever. It is not possible to speak to anyone in the company, even though you can get through to teams selling holidays…and they advise it is not their remit.
I am trying to sort out refunds out with my bank as well as via credit cards that were used. However, given I used a number of different methods, this is proving somewhat stressful and onerous.
I didn’t expect to have any special treatment because of it, but I would have hoped that they would have shown some understanding and empathy after my wife sadly passed away earlier this year. Sadly, the service I have received is simply awful, non-existent in fact.
I have never given a review of anything in my life to date, but even at 58 there’s a first time for some things. I’m sure those who are responsible for this shambles of a company sleep well, but sadly I am not…

I’ve had a great experience booking with this company. Warren has always been really helpful, friendly and quick to answer any questions.
