Chintzy junk. I ordered 3 hats from Bestbeaut to reward people volunteering with the Hurricane Helene cleanup. The hats that arrived are rubbish, and the text is printed in an unreadable small font. I cannot give these away. I tried to resolve this with Bestbeaut, and they won't refund my purchase.

Great customer support. I didn't have an issue but I was emailed right after my order asking me if I had received my tracking number and sending me an invoice just in case it got held up in customs (or in case of being charged VAT) ;) ;)
I ordered to Europe and it arrived so much faster than I expected considering that it came from South Korea.
I would buy again because I had a great experience due to the fast shipping and no customs/VAT, but only if it had more variety of products or if I want another curling iron. It seems like it mostly stocks luxury or expensive products, which is not what I'm looking to purchase in the future, as I only wanted the curling iron, but if that's your thing then it's a great website!
