Legit store as far as I'm aware
Needed a niche part for an Specialized Ebike that I simply could not find in any shop I was familiar with, but bestbike had it. Saw the other review on here calling the shop a scam so I was sceptical, but being out of options I ordered it.
3 days later I had the part in my hand in Denmark. So no complaints from me.
