I would definitely recommend bestbus to my friends or family.
Almost always on time unless there is a delay in traffic and, that is completely out of the drivers control.

Great service clean buses
I have been taken Best Bush since before the name change. Quick and clean ride. Kinda miss the movies but truly relaxing and enjoyable way to get from nyc/dc...wish they would expand to Baltimore City. Thank you!

should you have more hours at different times
did had a chance to return with you lost my return ticket. lost the bus by 5 minutes because of traffic my departure were fabulous from penn station.
i will travel again, and next time do not forget to empty the toilet my only disapprove,

The best!
Of all the bus companies that go from DC--> NYC, this one is my favorite. Bus drivers have a sense of humor and are engaging. They give you free water. And when you check-in and board, they have a list of the guests on on a clip board and check off your name as you step on the bus vs the client having to fumble for his or her ticket or show the confirmation on your phone. It's so much more civil. And convenient. Plus, they're fast. Usually a 4.5hour journey even at rush hour times.
