Great service

It was a nice ride to DC. Traffic was long but it was great. They provide you water and make sure that you are comfortable. I would ride again.

My experience was still better than most quick transit buses. While I appreciated the lower price, I didn't quite feel like royalty as I did when it was DC2NY. Love that the company still picks up in Dupont! Thank you!

The ride was smooth and the entire trip was quicker than expected. The bus itself is clean and comfortable. Staff is direct but nice.

Note: You must be on time! The bus arrived maybe 5 minutes before the departure time and left exactly on time.

Great experience riding this bus from NYC to Rehoboth Beach. The bus was on time, wifi and outlets worked. The bus was clean and the driver was professional and got us to the destination ahead of the scheduled arrival time. All in all, very pleasant experience!

All around amazing ride. The tickets weren't overpriced, they remained on time, and they even offered water. The buses were well taken care of and the employees made sure everyone was happy before and during the ride.

The bus ride was relaxing and glad we decided to go this route instead of the AmTrak option. The only reason I didn't provide 5-stars, is due to no paper towels, limited toilets tissue in the restroom. Otherwise it is worth using BestBus as good means of travel from NYC to Washington, D.C.

I have used the Best Bus for approximately 6 round trips, and have found the service of all personnel great. The drivers are alert and have maintained safety at all times. The ground crew have been courteous and very attentive to details. The buses has been clean and comfortable.

Great service, however, I believe the timing should be changed, the 5:30PM buses usually take over 5 hours. If the timing was adjusted to 6:30PM I believe it would cut down on the timr or if additional bus routes were added for later times.

Pleasantly surprised by the quick, convenient and cheap - $66 - RT to NYC from VA. Decent seats and bathroom. Clean bus. Friendly drivers

I did the two-way DC-NY trip. It was a decent service. Things ran on schedule. Price was reasonable. Free bottle of water was provided. There was wireless internet, but very slow.
On the way to NY, the driver made an unplanned stop due to a miscommunication with the HQ, which led to a 15-min delay.
Overall good value.
