excellent service in spite of tough conditions

Great quality envelopes and arrived very fast!

I made a slight mistake and ordered the wrong envelopes, but they turned out to be even more useful then the ones I originally thought I ordered.

My only ‘gripe’ so to say is the delivery charge as I have to factor this in when setting my pricing and delivery fees, especially when I make booboos like this!
Still giving 5 stars as this was my fault.

Just doing what you're supposed to do if you're running a company where you depend on customers to keep you in business shouldn't require any feedback or being appraised via such sites like this one, TrustPilot, you should be doing it without looking for a "5 star" rating, but people's attitudes are a direct result of why we're experiencing such bad service from most companies not giving their customers the right and proper service anymore. If you're customer conscious when operating your business, like BestBuyEnvelopes.UK, then in the climate of bad customer service everywhere you go, companies like BestBuyEnvelopes.UK need to be highlighted to show the basic but important difference of doing right by your customers - you get great reviews!

(I was not paid to boost BestBuyEnvelopes.UK by the way, I just think the way they choose to operate and keep me informed is the way business should be. Take note all you other businesses out there!)

The boxes are very sturdy and fit around the books perfectly to protect them in the mail. Would definitely order from the company again thanks.

yeah not my thing

I'm happy with what I order

Whilst generally a reliable company to get envelopes from for my small business, when their website went down last week for a few hours, I called them to place an order over the phone instead. The lady who picked up, answered the phone SHOUTING, and was immediately aggressive and combative, which was just bizarre. I stayed calm and explained the issue but whenever I tried to talk she just began shouting over me, and wouldn't let me speak or ask any questions. It was so weird and unexpected.

The long and short of it was she was saying their systems weren't working so we couldn't place an order over the phone. Ok, no problem, but her attitude was really aggressive and LOUD and just... so unnecessary. Eventually I went back to the website and placed an order no problem, but I certainly won't be calling them on the phone ever again - yikes!

So, 5 stars for the envelopes but 1 star for the alarmingly aggressive customer service; evens out to a 3.

Edit: An apology where you say that the incident didn't even happen isn't a very good apology... What reason would I have for making a statement like this, beyond the truth? I was a happy customer up until one of your reps was rude. Denying this happened just makes me like the company even less. Don't bother to apologise if you don't mean it or believe it happened.
