FRAUDULENT AND ROGUE TRADERS
I have bought a pair of shoes from this organisation. I paid for a FUR-LINED high end pair but they sent me the low end non-FUR LINED pair. I complained but the refused to do anything about it or even respond. So I complained to PayPay through whom I paid, where they are currently reviewing the issue. Though they now accept that I can send the shoes back at my own expense for a refund.
It is unethical and non customer friendly to collect people's money and send them whatever you would, then ask them to pay for redress of your omission or get the 'right' item one has already paid for at their own expense.
I recommend that one never buys from them with your card direct, always use PayPal or Amazon to pay so you can have a resolution center in your corner else you will get cheated or even defrauded by these rouge trading organisations.
