We hired the services of this company for a recent end of tenancy clean. After receiving our check out report, it was noted that a few areas needed touching up.
After multiple attempts to arrange re attendance at the property, our calls and emails, aswell as calls from our former estate agent, have been wholly ignored, with the company also deciding to switch off their phone, instead of rectifying the situation.
If they do not attend the property by tomorrow, we will be forced to cover the costs for them not standing by the guarantee they advertise on the website.
I would recommend anyone to NOT use this company for any services, if this is how they treat paying customers.

I used Best Surrey Cleaners for an end of tenancy clean and they were brilliant. Michelle was so helpful when I booked in and the three cleaners which cleaned the property were so lovely, very friendly and did an incredible job!

Very prompt excellent service
Very prompt service, Oly came the next day. Very professional, did a fantastic job clearing gutters and repairing where required. Also cleared blocked drainpipe and cleaned up afterwards. Good value

I used their end of tenancy cleaning service and carpet cleaning but had to pay 80 pounds for additional cleaning and 180 for carpet cleaning. I think it would have been cheaper.
