My roof looks great from the outside, leaked from week3, they came out twice with silicone to fix it now month 3 and water is leaking through the plaster. They have blocked my number and aren’t responding to messages. I’ve had another company come out to look at fixing it and they’ve taken photographs of the roof.. the timber is exposed there is no drainage for the water to go and I’ve been told that this roof is not fit for purpose and needs to be removed and a new one put on.. Best conservatory roof renovations conned me out of £5800.. do not touch them with a barge pole. They are being reported to trading standards and I’m going to fight for a refund.

In March 2024 I had my conservatory roof replaced by Best Conservatory roof conversions based in Stockton. I paid by bank transfer over £6500. I was also promised a 10 year guarantee! They said they would post the guarantee out. Needless to say it didn't arrive. 2 years on my roof started to leak. I have left several messages without reply. I also sent them a message on their Facebook page and they have now blocked me. Don't be fooled by their no pressure approach because if you go with them you may find yourself in the same predicament as me.
