I ordered custom screens to stop golf balls from breaking my windows. I paid a premium price for the screens. They arrived after a long period of time with no instructions on how to install them. I had a professional handyman install them. After installation he let me know that the screens were inadequate to stop anything. After numerous calls and emails we were promised the proper hardware. What came next was a bill for more than the screens cost just for the hardware that was promised. This company is not reputable and they are ripping people off.

Not a good experience ordering from Best Custom Screens. Still haven't received the door after 5 weeks. Called after 4 weeks and was told order was complete but they were having trouble finding a shipper to deliver to Colorado (?). The next day they found one and shipped it. After five more days decided to check the tracking number (showed still pending) and called the shipper who advised that the label was sent to the warehouse but the order was never obtained by the shipper. Called BCS again and was advised that the day it was to be shipped three other orders were picked up but for some reason my order was not and they now need to check with the warehouse. Totally unacceptable, especially for an $80 shipping fee.

Almost 1 and half month lead time which is frustating. But the quality of the screen door is excellent.

I sent them $65.00 for a blanket for my husband for Christmas. I sent it about a month ago. I haven’t got anything but excuses when I write them asking where it is. It’s a Scam don’t buy anything from them! They keep telling me it’s being shipped from China that all companies are closed in US. They sent me a pair of gloves from an address that had nothing to do with them.Now they won’t answer me and they have 4 addresses.Do not do business with them they are Scammers. There isn’t even a phone number to call them.

Order on website a 36x94 screen door and saved around $300 buying from them versus home depot.

Ordered a custom window screen for $28.48. $66 shipping charge showed up on order confirmation page. Immediately submitted online cancelation ticket. Immediately called to cancel order. They state that orders can't be canceled for any reason because they are custom products. I say anything can be canceled, especially if the product is not in production and no work has been started on it. It is like a scam where they get your money. I should have read all the customer service complaints before ordering. Do not use this company! Save yourself time and trouble and get screens from the local hardware store.
