Absolutely terrible to deal product to over a month to arrive after 10 emails chasing it then when arrived it was battery powered not rechargeable. All responses were AI generated and refused to refund all my money just offered small % back..
Dont use this company, they are a bunch of scammers, bought a telescope last December, returned it beginning of January, as it was rubbish. Still have not received a refund, dont reply to emails ,they assured me money would be returned, but nothing.
Ordered from this company in December 2025. Item not working and missing parts. Been given the run around about sending me the return address in US bc the China return address cost more than the item to return! Even tho they sent it not working and missing parts, they don't get back to me unless i hound them. I get the same form email: thank you for your patience, rest assured, you are our top priority. please wait 1-3 business days. It's been WELL over a month! Scammers.
