They promised shipping within 24 hours…
They promised shipping within 24 hours and that was a important part of the reason I bought from them.
They even stated that on several places in their website.
And after 48 hours no delivery note or even start of shipping was initiated. When I called it was a matter of parts had not been in stock. I hate it when shops promise all kind of things when they want to take your order.. but once the order is done it is like they don't care.
When I called them they gave the feel of what do you worry about.. it only is a few days later. Yes.. but I ordered it for a project and there was a deadline. The 24 hour promise was the reason I bought from them and not from other shops. Very disappointing. So now with the weekend in-between it will take at least 6-7 days for delivery instead of 2. And I will have to change the concept of a production.
