Thieves. Avoid

Boots ordered, 2 weeks nothing arrived, emailed BFD and got an excuse that their system had been hacked but the boots were now on their way. 2 more weeks still nothing, got a reply saying problems with supplier, but boots were on their way. 2 more weeks and now they won't answer emails or phone and clearly have no intention of supplying the boots or a refund. Have started a claim through Visa to get my money back and have reported BFD to Trading standards. Scammers and thieves, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BEST FRESH DEALS

Scam fraud website

Scam fraud website.

I ordered a £213 scooter at end of January 2022,
but they keep pushing delivery date back,
they would apologise and giving new delivery date, (at first i believed them)... eventually it got ridiculous.

This happened at least 4 times before i called my Bank to report them (June 2022 = item still not recieved).

Still not received my product

Still not received my product, ordered it a month ago. The week after I ordered it I received a text message letting me know it has been shipped, great but 2 weeks after that I got an email to say it had been shipped then, so when was it shipped? Either way I’m still waiting. Not very good

No item no refund. AVOID

Was given a guaranteed delivery date that they couldn't meet. As the item was for an occasion they agreed to refund and said as a good will gesture they would still send the item and I would just pay the shipping cost. After waiting the relevant time frame the item or refund never appeared so I had to claim a refund through my bank.

My order is missing an item

My order number is #4639, and I purchased a lady rollers skate shoe and a junior skating board on 15/12/2021.
To my surprise the junior skating board was not delivered and ''FedEx '' the courier agent said that only one item was sent to them for delivery.

However, since then I have written two different email to your customer care but no one has responded to my anger as a Customer till now which means that I have lost my money!!!
