A positive outcome, but be prepared to be patient!

Not that it’s relevant but I’m an engineering teacher at a College in the UK.
!!! Great News … the item has been delivered and is as described “brand new and sealed”, saving me £50 from what Amazon was advertising them as !!!
The item came with a UK 3 Pin Plug ! ... which might be a weird and obvious statement, but read on and you'll understand.
Soooo … you may find yourself apprehensive and wondering is it a trusted site? Here’s why I was a bit worried, in case you have similar concerns and hopefully my positive end result will give you some level of confidence.
So I recently purchased some LG Spk-8s Surround speakers from this site. I looked on Amazon UK and they were £50 more, plus they were only available from Germany, which some reviewers commented that they had to put European adaptors on as the only niggle. In the UK, on Facebook Marketplace are rare to find (once costing around £170, Ebay prices now at £280 to over £300 ... absolutely crazy ... since they are now "discontinued" by LG.
With the website listed as “.co.uk” thought it be UK based. Also their contact details state an address in London. (they may be linked to another company in Europe ?).
I made the payment via PayPal, so felt I would at least be covered there should there be any issues.
The automated response with invoice from Best Gadgets 4 all, said “order placed, payment received” but I was a little concerned about the lack of an order number at first, but later found it on the invoice. Also the additional response in relation to payment was “thanks for that!” … which seemed a bit …let’s say “ informal”, like buying a second hand item and from Facebook “Marketplace”.
I checked again with some research for reviews etc and saw 3.2 on Trustpilot, which didn’t exactly fill me with confidence. I did order the item during a UK bank holiday and the note on the invoice, saying allow 3 days for postage.
I contacted "Best Gadgets 3 all" before, just to ask if I would get a "tracking number" just to reassure me and indeed I got an email within a few hours, confirming postage would be on Friday (3 working days after the order) along with a tracking number.
My next thought was, okay, so it's a pricey item, coming from presumably London, so by courier, maybe allow 3-4 days tops. I logged on to the EVRI Courier website with the tracking info, indicating they had received the item 3-4 days after I ordered on Friday and that it was being "processed at their depot".
Well, it stayed that way for over a week and I started getting twitchy, thinking, "here we go, the item is lost". Well, I sent a query to Evri, they told me what I already knew, then got a message  from Best Gadgets, saying the item was posted. Sooo, my apprehension of not knowing exactly where it was, was disconcerting.
Then surprise, I got a message  from DHL ... not Evri, saying the item was out for delivery and it arrived, almost two weeks later and from "Germany !" ... hence why I said UK Plug at the beginning and now why I think they must keep the stock of this item in Europe.
I didn't have to pay import duty, as the cost included that. So, it was just down to lots of little things I wished I knew ... like it was coming from abroad, hence the delay. It's just in the world of Amazon when deliveries just take a few days now, it seemed extraordinarily long.
Should you go for these speakers and save money as I did, they worked with my LG GX soundbar, but make sure you get the speaker wire connected correctly as I once again, jumped to the conclusion they didn't work and it was just me not looking.
Hope this "very long" review helps you make a good decision, knowing ultimately, you might have to be more patient than you are used to, but as in my case "Best Gadgets 4 all.co.uk" could save you allot of money.

German efficiency ??

Ordered a subwoofer with 2 -4 day delivery as needed for present.
Was given a webpage on confirmation order to track order.
I clicked on it after 2 days and the message in German said the order was being processed. After 3 days I click again and the website page wasn't available, so I contacted them and two days later they replied.
"Unfortunately I had to realize that after checking your order that is wasn’t correctly imported by our software" in English it means they have no stock.
Had to buy elsewhere and pay extra for product and for next day delivery.
