I live next door to a property managed…

I live next door to a property managed by Best Nest (278 Princess Road), and a fence panel between our gardens has been down for about a month, leaving a big gap.

After a rocky start, the company has been very helpful and supportive in dealing with the problem and getting it fixed in a fair and honest way. It's really good to see estate agents treating people like this. If only more estate agents were as far as and honest as this.

Dear Josh, I thought I would just write a short reply whilst we try to resolve this matter. Being a letting agent means we must understand the landlord's position on this matter before jumping to conclusions, and we are in communication with him about which fences he is responsible for, and which ones you are.
As already stated in an email reply to yourself, once this has been clarified we can then move forward with a repair. Many thanks Wendy

BestNest Lets

I used BestNest to let and manage a House of Multiple Occupation for a number of years. In my experience, they always acted professionally, were knowledgeable and understood all the relevant legislation. They were also helpful, trustworthy and reliable. I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent administrative support

Best Nest was super supportive during the process of letting my house go. The room was as shown during the process and representatives were able to answer my inquiries swiftly. I highly recommend them.
