This was such an easy process to send a hamper to the USA, after a couple of days I asked for an update on delivery and the response was so quick in giving me an update

Jon was a lovely man who helped me add a personalised touch to the hamper I was sending to Paris free of charge.

Ordered the Xmas hamper for my brother and sister-in-law who live in Canada but was unfortunately caught out by Canadian customs who held the package. Jonathan notified me of this as soon as he knew and did everything possible to resolve the issue and even refunded me the customs fees. They loved the hamper when it did arrive. Would definitely use again!

Really great customer service parcel arrived quickly and they were very quick to answer a small query I had. The only thing I will say. The hamper itself is a bit pricey for what you get but I'd definitely order again

Jon was really helpful when the delivery company in Spain, took an age to deliver. He was relentless in chasing them up and tracking it down. The hamper was a big success with my Sister, who, according to witnesses, burst in to tears at the sight of all the old brands and products, she left behind 30 something years ago....

This year 2020 is the first time in 30 years of living abroad that I haven't been able to go back to the UK. With Xmas coming up quickly and no mince pies in view, the only option was to buy on-line. After visiting various web sites ,the best hamper for my taste was this one. Price and quality .

I have just ordered the 'Best of British" hamper for my family living in Spain. Due to the pandemic I wanted them to have a little bit of the UK as they are unable to come home and we have not seen them now since last Christmas. The customer service team went above and beyond and have even sent a personalised Christmas card with my order. I can not wait for them to receive it. Will definitely order again. Recently received one of your hampers from my cousin in England and just wanted you to know how much my family and I loved it. Marmite, Branston and even HP sauce and loads of other great goodies, we couldn't believe our luck.

We sometimes treat ourselves to these items for special occasions as they are so expensive here, if you are lucky enough to find them. Rest assured we now know what all our English friends will be getting from us this Christmas. Do you do discount if we were to buy about five please?
