Excellent communication and helpful on delivery options

Excellent service! I feel like this is run by people that care. They even check and reach out in case it's advisable to hold back delivery a couple of days due to heatwave/high temps during transport (which is potentially harmful to wine an spirits). The packaging is secure and and well executed – even the carton boxes are carefully stored for maximum protection.

I never seen such professionalism before like from Kris Oosterveld from Best Of Wines. After I made my order I received a confirmation email as usual BUT in the email he also wrote that he noticed the wine was supposed to be delivered to a country where it was very hot for the moment and he suggested to wait a few days (if I agree) until the temperature goes down a little as it can damages the wine. Wow! Professionals that cares about the work and their products.
And yesterday I told him that it was raining outside and today we received the wine all the way from Holland. Just amazing. Can't wait to order from them again. Respect to Best of Wines and him!
