Just to clarify, our website actually generates tickets automatically, and in most cases, customers receive their ticket instantly after payment, with both a download option and an email sent right away.
However, in some cases — such as when customers request a 14-day valid ticket, select flights that are not available, or enter incomplete/incorrect information — the system cannot generate the ticket automatically. In these situations, the booking is handled manually to ensure the best possible option, which may take around 5–10 minutes to complete.

I love the option to be able to pick the airline
It was my first time to use BestOnwardTicket. I previously used a different website for dummy tickets. The first thing I noticed was they actually list the airlines you can choose from -- a feature the previous website I used did not offer -- so that was helpful. I especially prefer this airline list with the corresponding schedule feature because I do not present the PDF file dummy ticket companies sent to my email to check-in counters. Rather I like having the option to print the dummy ticket within the airline's website itself. I use the reservation code to search for the booking within the airline's website and hit print from there. So that is a very good feature to have. Just a tip: Do not pick Malaysia Airlines under the airline list because you won't be able to see the reservation code if you check within the MA website.
They sent me the wrong PDF but Support was very quick to reply and resolve my issue.

Reliable and fast service. The ticket is legit and verifiable via the airline’s website. The first ticket I purchased didn’t allow me to verify because of additional security measures from the airline website, but after reaching out to customer service I was immediately assisted with another ticket. I wasn’t asked at the airport eventually, but received great service and peace of mind from Best Onward Team. I’ll definitely use their service in the future again.

Used twice, clear terms, and respects the terms. I don't understand why it takes up to 20 min for the ticket to arrive in the inbox this is always a bit annoying and stressful, but it always arrived within the 2 hours guarantee (longest was 25 min). Used twice and never had a problem, and they take care of their repeat customers as well, that's nice.
