CON ARTISTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Paid for a one off product and they then took payment for a yearly subscription. Wouldn’t make a refund and had no intention to as their company is set up that way.

Do not sign up for the $0.99 deal as they start taking $39.95 monthly out of your account a couple of weeks later which they won't refund. It is a scam.

This company is defrauding people and getting away with it. Like many "reviews" on here i paid a nominal amount for a one time use of their service only to have £39.95 taken off as I had apparently set up a regular subscription which I had not.

They are scammers, you pay a little amount after that they carge you 40 euros every month , so pay attention...where we may report this scammers?

Appalling service. I downloaded one document and was charged just under £2 which I accepted. They then collected £39 one-week later which, apparently, was a monthly subscription. They refused to refund and repeatedly sent the same banal scripted response. It must be soul-destroying to work for them.

SCAMMERS they ont let u cancel subscriptions and steal 40quid every month

A family member used this website to convert a PDF and was asked to pay a very small amount to download the file. What was not clear is that this action activates a 7-day trial that automatically turns into a €39.95 subscription.
We only noticed the charge later on PayPal. The subscription was cancelled immediately and customer support eventually processed a refund.
However, the payment page is very misleading and can easily cause users to unintentionally start a recurring subscription.

Was supposed to pay a dollar and change to convert a jpeg to PDF, they charged me 4 times and then about a week later charged me a $56 subscription fee that I did not agree to. Had to cancel my bank card which screwed alot of things in my life up. Do not use this company they are a total scam

I cancelled my subscription 3 times after being charged 3 times for services I did not want, and cancelled in my account. Their customer service email promises its canceled, yet they still take payment the following month

They are cheating people by first charging 0.5 USD and after that save the card and charge for 1 month which is $45. Please be careful before getting into this trap.

This website is clearly a scam, and PayPal are simply not acknowledging it. I was lucky to have my payment stopped by my bank. others may not be so lucky.

Scamming website. I thought I was going to share an important review as I paid for a 2£ service that then turned into an extortionate 40£ hidden subscription without a no refund policy. They clearly pry on people who don’t check reviews. Expensive mistake. Lesson learned.

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed to use this one time and paid for the one time. I was signed up for a $40 subscription without knowing. Explained the situation and was refused a refund! Do not use this site!!

Automatically goes to a subscription of 40 EUROS PER MONTH!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE FOR 1 EUROS!!! After requresting a refund, Do NOT accept their 'generous' offer to only accept 50% refund!!! this is not in compliance with their refund policy, although they try to convince you it is with their automatic email response. Simply request a 100% refund and they will have to return the full amount to you. This feels like a very sketchy website!!!

I paid money for the subscription and it did not give me the transcript that I need from an audio.After I emailed the person the said give me a 2 year free subscription when I asked for a refund
And for some reason it changed me even more .After I emailed the person again demanding a refund and the removal of my card .They did not give a reply ..This is a bad website and very bad customer service do not recommend it at all

Didnt translate to Chinese as promised. Actually just gave me back original document then charge me $39.
