2 month ago I decided to place an order…
2 month ago I decided to place an order with this "people", 5 minutes after that I placed the order I noticed that the product was not the one that I really wanted so I sent them an email to cancel the order. The following day they didn't reply to my email, so I sent them another one requesting the same. Following day I received an email indicating me that the order was on process !! so I sent them another one... Obviously next email was to say that the parcel was on its way..... great. Finally someone reply to my email... too late now. They say that ..don't worry return the parcel and we will refund the money... Anyway, I return the parcel using one of their courier, that was 14 July... Today 21 Aug !! still waiting for the refund. I sent them few emails but the totally ignored me. Now, I am trying to get my money trough paypal. What a shame company, a bunch of thieves!
