Trying Experience

Everything about my contact purchase was difficult. Once I purchased the contacts Oct 3rd, it took 8 days for an additional email to be sent, saying the particular lenses were back ordered. The new delivery date was stated to be Nov 11th. Then, I got an email about three weeks later, stating that my contacts had arrived, and would be sent by 2 day Fedex. The email mentioned that I should wait an additional 2-4 days because of Covid disruption in shipping. 2 WEEKS later, I still hadn't received the contacts, and when I spoke to a representative on the phone, she realized that the package had been lost. She had to reissue a label and send again. So I am finally going to receive my lenses Nov 17th, more than a month and a half after initially ordering. Will go with a different lense company next time.

Read the fine print

Their order process is fine but they put all this flashy captions of guarantee/free returns until when you let them know you have an issue then all of a sudden it gets complicated.

Go somewhere else

I tried . They will respond to your questions : concerns . However Going back and fourth for the RX I provided them with my optometrist they said they fax them a request my eye doctor never received it . Then I sent them another copy they said it was illegible . I have order from 1800 contacts and finally I canceled this order and use Opti contacts , Opti didn’t have any issues . They shipped out the contacts the same day I placed the order
