Trying Experience
Everything about my contact purchase was difficult. Once I purchased the contacts Oct 3rd, it took 8 days for an additional email to be sent, saying the particular lenses were back ordered. The new delivery date was stated to be Nov 11th. Then, I got an email about three weeks later, stating that my contacts had arrived, and would be sent by 2 day Fedex. The email mentioned that I should wait an additional 2-4 days because of Covid disruption in shipping. 2 WEEKS later, I still hadn't received the contacts, and when I spoke to a representative on the phone, she realized that the package had been lost. She had to reissue a label and send again. So I am finally going to receive my lenses Nov 17th, more than a month and a half after initially ordering. Will go with a different lense company next time.
