Purchased a personalised book for a friend. Paid for the 3-5 day delivery but never received any confirmation of dispatch. I emailed them, got a response from Louise Wharton saying she would look into it and then heard nothing. I sent a further two emails but never got a response! Awful service! I remain with no contact, refund or idea of where the gift is!
On 12th April I ordered a 'Personalised Telegraph Falklands War Newspaper Book' as a 65th birthday present. I requested Premium delivery to ensure the item arrived within 3-5 working days. As of today, the product has still not arrived. I have emailed their 'support team' on four separate days and have had no response. There is no chat line of phone call option. Having created an account there are 'no orders.' Monies were taken out of my bank on 13th April 2023. My frustration is quickly developing into anger. I may be left with no other option than to contact Head Office. If anyone is interested, my order number is #5043696.
