Had an amazing experience with Bedt Price Travel in both Vietnam and Cambodia. Thanks to Rosie Nhung from Best Price Travel who assisted with the planning and then followed up along the way. My husband and I did the 12 day Vietnam Small Group Tour from north to south and then had two friends join us and we did a 14 day private tour of Cambodia. Great experience on the Saigon Princess evening dinner seeing Saigon at night from the river. Mia Nguyen, our trip advisor, promptly answered our questions to make everything dress free.

We had a fantastic time on the Bai Tu Long cruise with beautiful views, great food and friendly staff in a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. Our tour guide Wang was excellent and gave lots of interesting information about the region and the caves, and the manager 'Milkyman' was always friendly and welcoming, and even showed us some magic :) Special thanks in particular to Mia Nguyen from Bestprice who found us a spot, helped us arrange transport, and even helped us to update our options so we could get back to Hanoi in time for onward travel.

I contacted Best Price Travel, and they got back to me right away. Even though it was very last-minute – I wanted to join a dinner boat trip on the same day – they immediately assigned an agent to assist me.

Mia Nguyen reached out to me and promptly provided the available spots along with the price, and sent me a payment link. Since I was a bit skeptical at first, she also offered the option to pay in cash at one of their stores.

However, I had a good feeling about it, so I decided to pay through the link. The first one didn’t work, but she quickly sent me a new one via PayPal. Everything went very smoothly and quickly.

What’s more, the price also included transportation to and from the pier, which was a great bonus. The driver was super punctual and very friendly!

All in all, I can highly recommend booking with them!

The first time we have used an online travel agent, rather than an online booking agent. Mia Nguyen was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us book a berth on La Marguerite for an amazing trip from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap. Many questions were asked during the planning stages, which were all clearly answered in a short time frame. She came to meet us at our hotel before departure on the Mekong to be sure all was well and gave us gifts to help on our way. She kept in touch during the trip to ensure all as good. We highly recommend her.

We toured Hanoi, Hoi An, Halong Bay, The Tunnels, Hue and Saigon in 12 days from March 27 to April 8, 2025.
For the first time in my life EVERYTHING ran smoothly as promised by our tour consultant named Anna. She put me on WhatsApp and she answered all my questions within 5 minutes. It was very reassuring to be able to contact her when needed. Anna checked on me every day to make sure all was well. Every pickup and drop off was on time - Every tour guide was informative and knowledgeable.
We did have a member of our group that had a fall and Anna organised a wheelchair at hotels and airports! Anna was so helpful and everyone from Best Price Travel was very caring and concerned for our group member.
If I had a business and needed competent employees I would hire Anna and any other members of Best Price Travel.
My wife and I are planning on touring Cambodia with friends next year and we will be using Best Price Travel and I will be asking for Anna to be our tour consultant!! 5 STARS!!

Best price travel was absolutely fantastic in assisting us with the planning of our custom 12 day tour of Vietnam. Hang Moon was able to create a custom itinerary that allowed us to visit all the places we wanted to see. The hotels were fabulous, all were centrally located and we were even upgraded at several of them. The value we received for the price paid was outstanding. The included breakfasts and lunch's were excellent and all of the tour guides and drivers were excellent. Everything was taken care of for us, we never had to worry about a single transfer during the entire 12 day trip. I would highly recommend best price travel to anyone that is thinking of planning a trip to Southeast Asia.

BestPrice Travel was amazing in helping me with my eVisa application. Many people including myself faced the issue of the Vietnam immigration replying with a standard template response "Please provide truthful and complete information on the declaration form" . Despite trying 4 frustrating time and loosing 28 days in the process.

Thats when i reached out to Hang/Moon from BestPrice Travel. She understood my situation from the very beginning. I sent my photo and passport scan copies , paid the fee and 2 days later i received the evisa approved!

We just came back from a 2-weeks Vietnam vacation that Janet booked for me (Nana) and my friend (Analisa). This was an extraordinary experience from south to north where we saw most attractions of Vietnam including Metgong delta, Ba Na Hills Halong Bay Hue etc. Moreover we had the opportunity to see life in farms and in villages and to have lunch together with local families in their homes.
Janet had made an excellent choice of 4-star hotels and private guides and everything worked smoothly and timely. we thank her from our hearts for her efforts and kindness and the hospitality of all vietnamese people we met.

We used Best Price Travel to book our itinerary for our one month tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We had the pleasure of having Moon as our trip planner. We were two retired couples travelling together for a month.
Moon provided an itinerary. We loved it. Moon included an overnight stay in Mai Chau which was not on our radar. It is for sure to be included as one of the highlights of our trip. Moon arranged for all our accommodations. We had requested simple and clean hotels. She delivered. Not only impeccably clean they were also well situated and some had unforgettable views.
She also booked all our tours and drivers. Every night the guides told us who and what to expect the following day. The drivers were fantastic and the tour guides memorable. Each guide seemed to add something special to our trip (a special eating spot or a visit at a non for profit art school). They were also extremely helpful ( booking for us a pickle ball court and tickets to a show). Meanwhile Moon checked in every few days just to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Absolutely reasonable prices, all four of us enjoyed our trip and never hesitate to recommend Best Price Travel to any of our friends or use them again!
