Plastic instead of glass

I ordered a Glass Ball Christmas Ornament but what I received is far from what the website displays. The colors are pale, nothing like the vivid nice colors on the website. And worst of all, it is not a Glass ball Christmas ornament but some cheap plastic ball Christmas ornament. Very disappointing.

Also, the ordered extra text was written quite carelessly.

The delivery took some 20 days instead of 10 days that was displayed upon sending the order.

Disappointing customer service and still waiting for purchase delivery

I purchased several ornaments a month ago and am still waiting for my items to arrive. Communication has been incredibly difficult. I sent several emails and received no response until I finally had to threaten a payment cancellation just to get an answer. Despite finally getting a reply, I am still waiting for my purchase. I cannot comment on the quality of the products themselves, as I have yet to receive them. I am very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend if you are outside USA.
