Phone died in 3 mths my granddaughter was very upset they are based in China

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!
Brought an item last week doesn’t even switch on emailed them straight away. They request a video of non working item working. It doesn’t work. Send video no response since. 7 day money back guarantee they say.

I have returned a bird cage and am still waiting on my refund. Have not heard from them over a week now. Very poor customer service!

Do not deal with this company, They sell bucket loads of cheap chinese rubbish on TradeMe and then are slow to respond to emails over issues. TradeMe says they are located in Mangere but they cannot be found and no address is given. You cannot talk to a real person. They will eventually request the buyer to send photos and video footage to show the faulty item, then say they will pass this onto their Technical Team to look at this is another lie. It has been a month since we purchased the CCTV unit and we still cannot record footage. It appears that this outfit is not even regisrered on the NZ Companies Registrar, we have looked and cannot find anything. TRADEME is supporting these idiots and allowing them to rip buyers off repeatedly and hide their details and contact details apart from an email address which is subject to the seller responding. TradeMe is looking after its $$$$ while exploiting its NZ buyers to this stuff! We are investigating further and holding TradeMe and "bestsaver" to account. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS

Terrible trader - emailed several times to get Track & Trace info but no response.

Parcel turned up this morning with no email to say it was coming & no email to say it had arrived.

Their communication skills are nil.
Finally received an email from them saying my goods were in Auckland - not true - I had them in my hand delivered in the morning when I was not home.

Will not buy from them again.

I bought a solar water fountain of these losers andit does not work I have been getting the run around trying to get my money back they are con artists who should be stopped Trademe needs to stop them from being able to con anyone else
AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Worst company ever to deal with, generic emails few and far between, they are NOT in Auckland and the warehouse in Truganina Melbourne Australia is just a distribution business centre for LOTS of different China based online companies to have their goods shipped, it is NOT their warehouse. I know because I lived 15 mins away from this place. This company and others like it should shut down, TradeMe are part of the problem allowing Chinese companies to lie to buyers saying they are in Auckland. This activity is destroying NZ traders and bringing down Australia's reputation. Goods are Not From Australia. NZ buyers beware!!!

Scam!, I didn’t get the product what was described in trade me and company don’t have any contact number. Sent them email but no reply as they are based overseas according to the shipping company who delivered the product. I just need my refund and never buying from this company again. Worst experience ever.

Scam. Suspiciously, I had orders with Best Saver and Best Deals in the same week, that both eventuated in sending me items that were not what I ordered. Both companies sent me the same exact wording in their emails, leading me to believe these are the same company. Buyer beware.

Firstly recent product perfect. Ask them a question have had no response after 3 times still nothing no phone and emailing well no one replies. Would mot purchase from them again hopeless.

The worst trader in trademe. Product is not arrived. They lied

This is the worst Trademe trader I have dealt with since Trademe's inception - I am Trademe's 150th member so have been there from the start. This company is intentionally obstructive when it comes to resolving disputes.I complained as the description in the listing does not match the product functionality. They repeatedly asked for videos and photos saying it is a warranty issue whereas the problem is that they have falsely advertised their products functions.

Hopeless sent the wrong item all the pissing around leave the item we will pick up and replace still haven’t received what I payed for still out of pocket $320 hard to contact with no ph number all just email promises

Warning... DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.. all you get is Lies, lies and more lies.. and no product arrives..
waited over 2 months for my product. lies and excuses was all i got.. the excuses were so pathetic they were almost funny..

Seriously - stay away from Bestsaver and the wifi pet feeder. The feeder is faulty but the worst thing about this is the follow up from bestsaver. You end up explaining the same thing over and over- this is a stalling tactic in the hope that you give up complaining. Read the negative feedback on TradeMe and the recurring theme is they will ask for videos and photos and simply wont accept a product is faulty. Will update this feedback if I do get this resolved. Have laid a dispute through TradeMe.
