All good and smooty not to complain

Good UX, easy to navigate and compare products. Love the reference system. Would be better to include more accurate products details such as differentiates various size systems: UK. EU. FR. IT. Sometimes products size information is not accurate. furniture's shipping and logistics needs improve. Missing products, glass been broken happens a lot. Better packaging for fragile items.

I am using the best secret since covid times and I’ve never disappointed with any of my orders so far. Return process is quite easy and refund of the money for the returned items is so quick. They are so trustful. Many thanks for having and keeping this quality.

Bought jewelry which broke after 2 weeks yet they claim it was original. The bathrobe I bought tore on the arm after wearing it for a day ...it had very poor stitching. I also bought a baby hat that broke when trying it on the baby's head. Basically got all poor products. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site. It's more of a scam.

BestSecret has discontinued its loyalty program. They announced this via email a long time back by referring to their general regulations. I read that then and concluded that I had until the end of 2025 to use up my accrued commission. Today noticed that my commission was gone (+- 500 euros) and no voucher was created for this either. The answer from BestSecret is that I can only create vouchers in 2025 if I still met the conditions (whereas previously this was not necessary).

In short if I had created a voucher on Jan. 8 for all of my commission I could have used it throughout the year. Now according to BestSecret I just lost it. I find that to be service 0. They could have:
1) sent an email a week ago telling me I was going to lose my commission.
2) just created a voucher for me themselves.
This is really just a way to get rid of their outstanding debts and is downright outrageous.

Horrible company. Scammers and thieves. They took money from my bank account without delivering the product I have ordered. They are not refunding money either delivering my order. This website is scam and full of thieves. order number 2127174249

I bought a bag and it broke apart after 1 time using it. So I returned it and they wont accept my return. Very dissapointed never buy at best secret ever!!!! Warning

I ordered black loafers and filled in all my (CORRECT) address details. At the day of delivery I got a notification that the order was returned to Best Secret. I e-mailed them stating they could do nothing to help me but to reimburse the money. After asking them to help me do a new order with the same discount it went quiet. There has been 3 e-mails from them stating it was my fault and they are not going to help me. I really AVOID ordering here.

best secret is a very good store with good prices and I like it but there is one very big drawback is the delivery it takes a very long time if you can fix it then you rating is 5⭐️

EDIT -After many back and forth in multiple platforms, I finally got the amount back hence improving the star rating. Previous post - have been a loyal customer, however the customer service from NL recently stopped responding to my contact form. While it is their fault because of which I have lost 60 Euro. I have shared the proof of return with you in an email that I have dropped it off at postnl drop off point. BestSecret team could have just said earlier that I have lost the amount the return package is lost. Because Postnl guys are asking for your team to open the case.

Love the stuff. But there are some major issues with your app and even website!

* My adress doesn't exist
* I get an empty cart when I want to pay, even though I put the items in there just a second ago.
* Sometimes it doesn't accept my ideal.

And that's the app. Sometimes the websites is out of order too.

Here's my advice, please invest in a good IT crew, it's half the work.

They send me used shoes. 👠 and even say that they had video proof that they were sending new one. I asked back my money or new pair and they refused.

Slowly getting disappointed from BESTSECRET :( already couple of times I noticed, that when made an order, after 2-3 hours checking back the order and see that the price is dropped, huh? How is it possible? Also didn’t received friends benefiting any discounts, or commissions, when I emailed customer support they just sent simple article link, but no any solutions at all…I am a customer already 3 years and now thinking, finish to delete this app.

Always have ordered through Bestsecret and they have great deals. Sometimes takes quite long before the product comes, but if you know this, it is okay. Last month however have had 2 return orders. No news from Best Secret, no pay back or anything. Only after I have contacted them they reacted and I am now still waiting for my payment, 1,5 months after the return. Not okay!
