PLEASE READ. Think hard before using this wallet
PLEASE READ It was my test run with amount of 7USD to BEST. Luckily didnt send in much much more. Did a test run of deposit/withdrawal. Was thinking of getting some new tokens. Deposited from wallet on Polygon Chain to BEST completed in less then 5mins. My withdrawal from BEST has been initiated for 12 hours now and nothing has happened. What is going on with my funds. 2 tickets submitted, 1 answered by bots I guess.1 in queue almost half a day. Nothing is resolved still. Even my ticket is pending more than 10 hours now. My other wallets has never given this problem. I should have just stick to my usual wallets. Is this site a SCAM, easy to send but you can NVR WITHDRAW.

USDT sent via Polygon Chain to Best Wallet with no Credit
Couple of hours ago, I sent USDT to my Best Chain account Via Polygon Chain and till present, I haven't received the amount on my Wallet.
I had also contacted the help center on Best Wallet and no response has been heard so far.
I had also sent them the TxtID for the said transaction and no word has been heard so far.
It's my first transaction on the platform and it feels really funny losing a thousand dollar just like that.
I'm unsure if this happens on the platform often and if not, Can this get resolved while I get credit for this amount.
