I ordered 1 pair of glasses, and I saw near to checlout and added x2 pairs of glasses and a member of their exclusive VIP Club. I could not remove this, so I closed the page. I never realised that I filled in all my details inclucluding my Credit Card.
Soon after, I received a text message from my Credit Card company, the Fraud Dept!
I explained everything, and to my findings, they have issued a block payment. The next day, I checked emails, and I saw 2 emails from them saying they have been shipped.

I was incredibly disappointed with the glasses. I found the glasses somewhat blurry. They do not automatically do not focus. I would not buy these again. Save your money.

Product not as described.
No multi focus. Blurred vision at all distances except close reading. No light adjustment.
Not worth the cost.
Plus I was billed for 3 sets of glasses not one as ordered.

I was unable to see out of the glasses and immediately contacted them for a return. After daily correspondence and promises of expediting my request I’ve gotten nothing.
I’m getting a barrage of marketing sob stories trying to get me to buy other products. I truly feel this is a scam. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to report them and stop payment.

A company responded to my emails and review. They refunded charges as requested. The rating of four is because they made good on it. But I still can’t use the glasses and that’s unfortunate given the descriptions.

Gekko glasses were ordered January 18. They have my money!! They have never been shipped. I have tried, through email, time and time again to inquire about where they were. They always send automated responses. Then some person named Eva from Besyner (Gekko glasses is just a part of what they sell) sends automated emails trying to get me to buy something else!! These are terrible people to deal with. They say they will ship, then they don't! Do not order from these people. You will be very disappointed when you never receive what you ordered.

The glasses take getting used to - or should I say training (big smile). Having used them all day I find that my far sight is improved, the TV (or computer) viewing is improved. The reading is a challenge. As a scientist I measured an improvement of 30 to 40 percent for far; 20 to 30 percent for TV and approximately 20 percent for near. But as I stated earlier - still learning.

The order and tracking had minor delays. Glasses arrived and are well made and ok looking.
When on they did not work as advertised, not on phone, computer, and across the room. Made no sense but I requested to return them. Given an address in IL, I sent the Priority Air. Unfortunately they were refused ate the address nine by customer service. I quickly emailed the same person who gave me the address, no answer for the last 3 days.
I wonder....if there is a problem.

I was almost tempted to buy a pair of their multifocal glasses. That was until I went to order. At no stage did they ask for the focal strength I needed or the width needed to fit my face. These are imperative to fit glasses properly.
At that stage I was very suspicious so didn't go ahead.
Now having read the reviews my gut feeling was spot on. It's a SCAM.

The hidden sign up to a VIP subscription. Whilst I didn't like it I recognise that the xtra push for further sales was clear for me to see and avoid. Not liking it, I was looking for the next trap to avoid but somehow missed the VIP sign-up, so it wasn't intuitive. Perhaps lost in some terms and conditions that I admit to not reading, but would still see this as subterfuge - I purchase plenty of other things online without having to look around all the corners. I have only just ordered and have yet to see the results. If some of the good reviews re product and customer follow-up support (including quick cancellation of VIP subscription before there is any removal of funds from my account), I have read prove true, then I will come back to upgrade my score here, but this marketing approach has left an initial sour taste, reflected here.
As promised, I have come back to update my score from the previous 2 stars (reasons given in paragraph above) having now received my goods and recognising that other positive reviews are well-founded. I am delighted with the product, I have received and, on product alone would have gladly given 5 stars. However, having taken up the opportunity to buy extras at a follow up discount, I again find I have been trapped into a subscription I had no intention of taking - another corner I didn't look around. The opportunity to opt out, I see, is available to me fairly obviously if I was to look for it, but having already opted out once I was not expecting to have to do it again. So the best I can go to is 4 stars. There is marketing and then there is straight out "pushy".

Waited awhile to recieve
a pair of reading glasses but once I did was very pleased with the overall
look and price of the glasses They seem to be very well made and way
less than prescription ones. Customer service was very helpful too when
I asked to cancel VIP club
membership at no charge
which was really a plus for me I would recommend the glasses to anybody without hesitation.

I realized that the glasses were most likely JUNK. They are! The service people did not do as they stated. After I ordered the glasses, I received a receipt for a glasses subscription. I ordered a pair of their glasses not a glasses subscription. I inquired about the delay receiving the item. I was emailed that they would refund $10.99 for shipping. The glasses finally arrived. There is no special technology involved but you will mess up your eyes if you use the glasses. I emailed that I wanted a refund. They sent back that I could keep them and they would send me a $15 refund so I could keep and use the glasses. Are you kidding? Why would I use something that doesn't work and would mess up my eyes? I also had to request the address to return the glasses. The item was refused by the address that I was told to send the glasses. Don't waste your time, the glasses are junk and the "service" department does nothing

Tried to cancel as soon as I bought the knife sharpener, which is a piece of junk. Now they have charged my CC for a bogus membership, which I have emailed twice, not to proceed with, and have not heard back from these guys. Next step, contact CC company.
