Appalling... don't use this app / company
There is a consistent problem with their app. You have an icon at the bottom which you press to manage your bets, obviously critical when wanting to bet in play/cash out options needed. That icon consistently dissappear??? I've complained by sitting on their appalling on line system which takes hours to get through to an agent and all you get is an excuse even if you've lost money as a result of it, they absolutely point blank refuse to compensate you if you've lost out which is disgusting. I am canceling my app and joining another company.... save yourself the hassle ....
Oh and by the way, the disappearing icon seems to happen when there are bug games on in the euros etc... maybe when things aren't going their way? Do they think we are too thick to work that out
