Horrible most pathetic customer service EVER. I wish there was a option for 0 stars y'all are plain simple useless and disrespectful. You guys get hars-ons when stealing someone's money and you think it's funny. Get a REAL job..stop making fun of people and have g-damn respect!

i went to this casino at 6:07 in the morning and they said they were closed because they were having their annual Lebron goon session, performatively i threw 41 mangos at their eefoc machine and they got so mad they asked Adrian to explain our friend group. so I called triple t to give them knee surgery but they gave him matcha and he profusely started aura farming with labubu. after knowing they were going to edge me out i brought out Kendrick to slime them with mustard but I realized the feminine literature was still inside so I almost lost NNN in mustard trying to save their feminine literature.

I made my initial deposit May 14th. Over the next few weeks I won a few thousand dollars wagering in their sportsbooks. I took the posted Nhl, Nba, Mlb lines. all the wagers were 100% valid wagers.

I tried to make my initial withdraw June 4th. I was told that the required wait was 72hours. Which was ok. When the 72 hour wait period was up, and I hadn't been credited my withdraw. I messaged Live Chat they had absolutely no answers. I was contacted by Hank Cooper, stating that ALL my wagers were incorrect and that my winnings would be confiscated, and my account was deactivated!

I wrote my initial review that same night. A few hours later I was contacted by Robert Lawler from supportbetadrian.com. Mr. Lawler stated that it was a internal error and that it would be fixed. My account was reactivated.

They stated they needed 7 additional business days to review my wagers. This is now out of the ordinary. But I decided to give them 7 days as requested. (Jun 15th) This was the last time I received a email from "Support"

7 Business days have already come and gone! On Jun 26th I contacted Hank Cooper and was told that management would call me that same day! Waited around all day for "The Call". As you can guess management never called!

I messaged Live Chat regarding the phone call that was never made, Live Chat Stated "Management will call you sometime this week" The week has just about come and gone now!!! And as you can guess!!! NO CALL FROM MANAGEMENT OR NO WITHDRAW!!!

This has just about been about been a month long nightmare with Betadrian.lv

I've contacted Live Chat hundreds of times and its always a new lie! (Management isn't in the same building, They don't know how to get a hold of management, They will tell management too call, Robert and Logan make the call but no one in the establishment knows how to reach them, ETC)

They changed the T/C's on there website. Stating they dont accept "professional players" or "Wise"
which is a complete scam. How is one classified as a professional player for winning to much?

Logan finally emailed me and said if i pull this review down he would pay me my 8k.

They are scammers. First of all their casino is unlicensed the credentials are FAKE. They can easy scam you and confiscate your money balance without excuse. They confiscated my money because they stopped (as they said) offer their services to my country. My answer was 'ok but pay me and close the account'..... They never answer me again. O lost 2000€

Betadrian thankfully has a new owner with a legal licence. Previus owner as you can see below scammed me. But the new owner gave me back the money of my account and open it again. They prove that they are trustful company now and i can recommend them to everyone. I want to thank them for their behavior.

As i informed from the authority license of betadrian betadrian has NO LICENSE AND THE DETAILS WICH PRESENTED ON THEIR SITE ARE FAKE.

I was gambling to betadrian from October of 22 my user name was mp21212. I registered and started play. About 5th of January i made a withdrawl request for 1300€. It supposed withdrawals takes 3 business dates after 3 weeks i asked why my withdrawal delays. And i received the following message.

I started playing on BetAdrian about 9 months ago. Everything was going well until 2 months ago. I had received withdrawals twice in the amount of $500 and $2000 before then. At that time, I asked for a withdrawal for the amount of $5000. They told me that they need to check my gameplay. Then, 3 weeks ago they sent me an email that they could not approve my payout. Since then I sent several emails to them but have not received any response. I have $14403 on my balance (without any remaining rollover). My gameplay was pretty simple and clean. Money line and spread on major sports. MLB, UFC, ... (and they have checked it twice before for each of my previous payouts). I can share screenshots of my chats and emails with them if anyone needs proof. Please do your research before putting your money there.
