31/10/25 I have an additional question i forgot to ask and the text is very small in the little letter on the box...How long does it take in general to see results? Do i need to add sunlight to get tanned? I used another product a few years ago and that took a bit of time but when i added sun i got very tanned quick and it lasted longer and did not fade as fast. Lasted long into the fall and winter and thats unusual for Scandinavian suntan. I wish it was a bit of Vitamin D i n it but i cant find anything about that. That helped the last time. Thanks again. I like the product, but take the pils not every day. In a month I take about 15 pille. So after about 4 montasje i have to cancel because I have to Munch left.
I like getting a nice colour, but I take the tablet not every day.

The first shipment (trial package) comes at a discounted price. Regular subscription shipments come at the regular price.

It is unfortunate to hear that you did not experience the desired effect from using the product.
Your trial package was sent from us about two weeks ago, so it may indicate that you have not used the product long enough to experience a noticeable effect. We recommend using it over time, both for your body to get used to the active ingredients and for the active ingredients to have time to take effect. However, effectiveness is individual and can vary from person to person.
Awful company
Awful company, definitely would not get away with their scam in the UK. They offer a trial price to tempt you to try, state that it takes approx 5 to 10 days delivery, although your actual purchase takes several weeks to be sent out, this does not allow you the time to cancel your subscription before they have taken further funds out of your Klarna account, according to their own trading standard laws it states that you cannot request a refund or return the second parcel sent out, very clever scam, but still a scam. Be very careful with this company. I apparently signed up to this subscription, although have no idea how. DO NOT GET DRAWN INTO THIS.

I recently bought Betakaroten Gold Black Edition for £29.90 I DID NOT click on Subscribe for 50% off @ £14.95 as I've NEVER subscribed to anything before try it!!!
Now £94.69 has been taken from my account for a subscription of 3 bottles of Betakaroten Gold Black Edition which I DO NOT want as are not working for me...
I've messaged them numerous times to explain that I want my money back ASAP..
Also the vitamins were bought via klarna using all my details they confirmed which is illegal..
I'm absolutely disgusted with this company I will NEVER use my debit card online again its taught me a lesson!!!!!
ps. Don't want to hear your excuses just refund my money ASAP or a close friend working in trading standards will be informing them of your conduct!

We received a new order from you, but it was automatically canceled as a duplicate since you already have a subscription for the product.

It might be that you haven't had enough time to let the active ingredients work properly. I would therefore recommend you to continue using the product for a while longer to see if you are satisfied or not. Many of our customers report back to us that they notice and see a difference already after 8-12 weeks of regular use, but there is no exact rule as we are all different.
