My card expired and I had to update my card details for my PureGym memebership. I then realized I was paying it through Betalingservice which was chargning me 10kr. each month for this one transaction. I have no idea how long this 10kr. fee has been going on I guess a long time. When paying directly from my card is 10kr. cheaper, why would I need Betalingservice? This year I switched my mobile subscription to Norlys who also had a standard payment transfer through Betalingservice. My susbscription costs 99kr. and I was paying 59kr. to transfer the 99kr. to Norlys. This should be illegal. I have read that it is actually not Betalingservice's fault but companies' who see this payment option as a way to get extra money out of customers. Then is Norlys to blame? I have no idea. Nevertheless such a useless and expensive service out to die out on its own yet this farce is still going.

This service is completely unreliable. Nothing works as expected, and if you’re lucky enough to set something up, it soon disappears. The amount of wasted time and late fees I’ve received is disgraceful. No company should be allowed to advertise this service in Denmark.

The service is unreliable for a private person. It doesn't make sense to force users to use the app for registration of the payment. Especially since the payment app doesn't work at all.

Totally useless. Not being able to sign into the app, after hours finally was working but you canñt create new agreements. Is MasterCard going into bankrupt? How is possible a company that size to give such a bad service?

the only way to access their service, as a private customer, is via the app. The apps have been abandoned for over a year. Numerous login, registration and functional issues with it.

Make sure to contact your bank and delete any BS agreements. It's the only way they'll listen

How can there not be a backup way to access your bills or setup mandates. The app is so poor I have now had over 1000 dkk in reminder fees for mandates in the past 2 months I was certain were setup now i'm trying to reconfirm them and it doesnt allow login. In the uk we have direct debit its such a better seamless system than this pile of junk! Yet this is monopolizing automatic payment systems in Denmark how can this be? It's like its built by a child.

6 months and the app is still not working, maybe do something else and stop the monopoly on something that is essentiel that you have no idea on how works.

How can this be the way to pay bills in Denmark? Everytime I open this app I have new problems! A year ago it always crashed and I had to sign in new everytime I opened the app. I realized it didn't like the face recognition so I turned it off. Now apparently you can ONLY sign in with face recognition. But even though I have activated it again, I can't sign in. It says that my phone doesn't have face recognition, which is not true! AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST!

Their mobile application is more than horribly unacceptable quality. They should have quality assurance as a financial company.

This is basically a monopoly that no one can really get out of. I have my insurances that require me to pay 9kr to sign up for BS, the other option was 39kr to send me a bill. There's no autopay in Danish banks like other civilized nations such as the UK and Sweden.

The app is crashing and is not working. The fail code is 1220

The app is so frustrating. The app is super slow and the buttons are not functioning well. Very discouraging overall. Please fix this and make it fast and easy.
