I have been exchanging messages with customer service for a long time now, and still they refuse to refund me. They received my returned items and didnt refund me.

Difficult to deal with

Difficult to deal with. They can warn their customers that there is a bill coming soon after 1 year of free agreement. Now I have to declare non-zero VAT due to a single bill.

Worst quality beds

Worst quality beds. We both are having pain due to the mattress. We picked the extra firm one which is stil super soft and we can feel all the coils.

I asked to include an additional item…

I asked to include an additional item in the shipment but they did not even reply to my email. They have already shipped other items. Now if I order the new item, I need to pay for shipping as it doesn't pass the minimum amount to get free shipping.
