Great Customer Service is hard to find these days. I found it at Betamacs when I bought a Refurbished ASUS Chromebox 3 Mini PC with Intel Core i7-8550U Processor. It arrived promptly but would not boot up. I called the company and spoke to Cliff and explained what was going on. He shipped me a replacement unit on a 2 day basis because I told him I run my business with this machine and had paid $26.99 extra to get the first one here. He not only sent me a replacement unit but also sent a label for me to send the original unit back. The replacement unit arrived today and it is fantastic and way superior to the CX-13 Asus that gave up on me. Five stars for friendly and prompt service. I'll be telling my friends and customers about this experience. I highly recommend Betamacs and would urge you to consider them on your next purchase!
