they let me deposit into their account but when I won wouldn’t let me have my winnings. consistently declining my verification when they had live footage of me and my passport, proof of what they asked. For a month too to just close my account for no reason

I have referred a friend and he received his bonus bet and I am on day 4 still awaiting a simple response from emails and when I will be receiving this as it use to be instant (terms state immediately after player deposits & bets) BETANO has yet to honor their friend referral bonus and I get the feeling they won't as they're customer service team is not very helpful and they are stringing me along with no real answers as to when I will receive and why I haven't...

in case of winning you will not withdraw anything, they will say that you have not rolled over 5000 or any other reason not to allow you to withdraw. Not only that, but for no reason you wake up with 0 lei in your account and not a single won bet is paid. In short, it's a SCAM site.

Hi I have bad experience about this website Betano they stilling the people money i have crap cash out after I win with one team from 3 teams is shout received about £900 with that team I put £100 and the cash out is been under £83 they stilling your money here they giving more money when after you lousse with other two teams for me is very crap website and I'm not using my money here anymore if they stilling like that from

They stole betano.news via Wipo/UDRP (domain scam system which violates its own rules all the time), although betano is a generic name (names of multiple places and more), and landing page had nothing to do with betano.com or betting. Everyone here says betano.com is a scam site, and we agree Stay away from them. They stole a city name, people's money, and domains. Commit more crimes using profit from past crimes. This is exactly what they seem to be doing. Also, don't be surprised if caught laundering money. Low ethics people can do anything if profitable.

I thought the site was quite good liked the live roulette from Las Vegas thought that was very good also everything nicely presented I was impressed with it .What I wasn't impressed with when I signed up I didn't select a deposit limit because I didn't want one .Goes on deposits £80 and wins £144 cashed out money back in account next day .So that's another plus very prompt payments.Then goes on next night and loses £170 and suddenly find I can't deposit any more funds as a £250 monthly deposit limits been applied so therefore they pocket £106 with no chance of me getting my money back .No doubt it's all this protect your customers and red tape mlarky so I suppose they do look after their clients too.Overall I would recommend to uk players.

Joined and deposited £10. Was supposed to get 3 x free £10 bets which were awarded but could not be used. When I queried via Live Chat, they asked me to send a screenshot of betslip........but chat would not accept the screenshot.

They asked me to email the screenshot (which I did) but no response.

I've used hundreds of bookie apps and this has to be the worst ever.

They can keep their £30 of free bets and I'll move on to a bookie who's app works.
