Criminals. Asked to close my account because of addiction. They did, however I was still Able to open new account on same phone number and emailaddress. Stay away from these pieces of shit!!! They are violating the Dutch law.

They are not processing my withdrawals. I have been trying to withdraw money for 3 days, but they just don’t do it. They are waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal so I can gamble the funds. I have cancelled multiple withdrawals because they don’t process it and lost all my money.
Now I made a withdrawal and they are refusing to process it. It has been 12 hours now, they came with the strangest excuses not to process. I told them, I will not cancel and play this money as well. I will never play here again. This is not a good casino. They purposely do this so I can lose everything.
I made my problem clear with them and they literally don’t care.

Whatever you do please do not use this site! For your own safety. I asked to permanently close my account and never let me reopen as I have lost all my money. Within a few days, they go ahead and reopen my account instantly!! They do not follow any safer gambling tools and do whatever it takes to take all your money. They have said they will refund however are now just avoiding me

Out of all the casinos sites I've played this is dodgy, deposited ok played a few games slow on bonus game kept skipping and going off , when I did win a bonus thought I'd withdraw rather then wasting anymore money on play , withdraw went through ok then couldn't play the games after that as it flagged up not available in UK which I thought was odd , so closed my account and waited for my pending refund, didn't receive all my refund emailed Them to state this ,there replied back saying your account closed, I withdraw before I closed my account.

Well I wanted to change my address and got asked loads of different questions and asking for different details and I provided them then 24 hours later got a email from Jacob and they closed my account . I withdrew 122 on Thursday before all this got processed but still haven't reviewed it. Sent 21 emails between from then to now and not one reply. At first when I used them no issues and withdrawals were about 4 hours but not nothing good to say about them at all. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend at all sorry but this is me being honest

I understand the frustration here. They have control about the outcomes i think. I play for a couple of weeks and what i notice, all of the bonus is calculated, so poor. And when you lucky and you make it a little bit above 100 euro after a lucky bonus, then the spins that comes are bringing you back to the deposit button, it happends to much, you cannot build here, my opinion stay away! Previously wrote a review that I’ve deleted, I take it all back. Initial teething problems with withdrawals bouncing back to my account and complete ballache to remove my bank account from payment methods to add another for withdrawal. Hence to previous bad review as customer service was painfully slow.
However now that that’s sorted I can’t fault them and never need to use the customer service. Bonus get sorted automatically and now withdrawals are usually instant and paid in the next day as international payment.
Games run and pay well and I’ll say I think it’s the best nongamstop casino I’ve used
