Atrocious customer service and no response from emails in a week

It has been a week and so far I am still waiting on the Betboro customer service team to get back to me about verifying my account - I have sent daily emails to Hep and Support and have received nothing.
There is no phone number to call and Live Chat advisors can only handle bet / promo queries so I have been unable to withdraw my winnings for over a week.
You are told on Live Chat that someone will be in touch within a maximum of 24 hours and so far it is 168 hours and counting and no signs of any response - you are assured a manager will look into this and again nothing seems to happen and the silence from Betboro is deafening in terms of how utterly incredibly poor the service is.
It does seem like the issue is just being avoided and Betboro and they are effectively refusing to let me withdraw.
This is the most appalling level of customer service I have ever received, not just from an online bookies, but by any business I have ever interacted with.

Not the worst but these companies need…

Not the worst but these companies need to learn that if they cause problems with signup bonuses, you're really setting off alarm bells of how you'll treat your customers in the future. (Which I guess is important for non-established names.)

The issue arose when I placed a single bet as my first bet. My mistake, but I didn't sign up just to get the offer so I didn't read the terms properly. I messaged to explain and get confirmation that I can still do the offer £25 acca bet for £25 free bet.

I got confirmation great. Place the qualifying bet. No bonus, 24 hours later, no bonus. Send a message and get told i'm wrong and that I can't qualify.

Message someone else and provide the transcript from the chat and they reluctantly give me the bonus. Good going guys, you could at least do it with a 'smile' to pretend you care.

But I was able to cash out fine. So it's not the worst, but I'm not jumping out of my seat to play with them again that's for sure.

*As you can see below they didn't even read this properly, as they're now asking me to send my details so they look at my request.* This is obviously not a request :')

Absolute clowns and joke of a bookie

I recently signed upto this bookie as a friend of mine told me their football odds are generally a little better than some others. I've personally never heard of them but figured I'd try them out.

I usually do quite large bets on the premier league on the weekends and figured if I could get slightly better odds then it's a win win.

Anyway, I signed upto these and saw they had a welcome offer where I had to deposit 100 and wager 200 to get a 50 freebet. I followed the terms of the offer exactly and then contacted support to claim my freebet. I was told that apparently i didn't qualify as my IP address had been used previously to sign upto the site?!?!?!?!?!? I was shocked and protested my innocence (I genuinely had never used this site before or created an account so couldn't understand what they were on about). The live chat agent was extremely rude and unprofessional and simply stated 'LOL, unlucky' before ending the chat.

I was in shock and couldn't believe how unprofessional these clowns are. I'll be withdrawing my money and moving to another people.

DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. Who on earth says to a customer 'Lol, unlucky' after lying about them breach some pathetic terms and conditions. I'm actually fuming.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I got annoyed with an old sportsbook I used to use after they incorrectly credited a winning bet and played games when I complained so decided to look for a new one.
I enjoy betting on football and noticed betboro had a sign up bonus so though great, I can try these guys out and getting a little something in the mean time. I've only ever used one bookie before and had been a loyal customer for years but figured it was time for a change.

Signed up to betboro and followed the terms of their promotion carefully. Upon completing the terms I contacted live chat and requested my free bet.

The agent told me I wasn't entitled to it as my IP address had been used previously to sign upto the site. I told him I had no idea what he was on about. I'm a 40 year old single male who has been living in the same address with the same internet provider for 15 years. The agent couldn't care less and disconnected the chat when I complained.

I feel utterly cheated and now I have over £300 in there which they won't let me withdraw. Reading the previous reviews it seems this is a reccuring trend and a ploy by betboro to refuse to give out freebets customers are entitled too. I will be gambling to the relevant authorities and go to IBAS if needed.

AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!

back to my old bookmaker for me

Want to get treated like crap? Sign up to Betboro today!

Absolute scum bags. I signed up to Betboro hoping to try out a new bookie. I noticed they had a welcome offer - perfect, I could bet some of my own money, then get a free bet to continue betting and trying out their service.

The customer service treatment from live chat is absolutely appaling and out of order. I was told that my IP had already been used (which it hadn't!) to open an account and claim the offer. He refused to show any evidence of this accusation. I asked for evidence (which I could have been fully entitled to receive if I so wish to request a SAR) and he refused, just constantly copy and pasting the same paragraph over and over. Then he ended the chat!

In short, if you love being treated like dirt, sign up to Betboro.
