The worst betting site I have ever used the FREE BETS are so hard to put on . Do not use this site

I tried to place £10 bet an ACCA, the bet place button kept giving the message "an error has occurred", the bet wouldn't place and i didn't get a receipt or confirmation email; however i later realised i had been charged 6x £10 for the six times i tried to place the bet without success. After 3.5hrs on the sypport chat queue, trying to get a refund. This is what the agent had to say.

"unfortunately we are experiencing a technical issue with bet display in this case. The bet, however has been correctly registered by the system, so if it wins, winnings will be credited to your balance as usual. You can always ask us about the status of the games in your ACCA, and we will be glad to let you know. Should you need it, we can also provide you with a screenshot from the system for safekeeping. Please accept our sincere apologies for the possible inconveniences this situation is causing you."

I then responded..

"but i didn't choose to bet £60 on the ACCA. I bet only £10, but your system failed to notify me that it had gone through, hence the reason i kept trying"

... eventually is was their final response

"Unfortunately, we can not refund your loses."

Now make your own mind up if you want to open an account with them.

Crooked outfit.Joined like many for Cheltenham and haven’t received the free bets offered through Oddschecker.

Customer service impossible to get through,haven’t replied to my emails.

Avoid this charlatan outfit,with racing blogger advertising it.

Customer service was very good in the end .
Things need improvement like the live chat and cash out .
Still waiting for free bet .
But £10 deposited and a nice £850 paid out with in 24 hours . But I did need to send a couple of emails.
I will use Bet Bull again , but needs improvement

Took up there Cheltenham offer . Couldn't access the free bet . Waited for an hour in the queue and got cut off. Avoid

Absolutely disgraceful can’t get through to customer service, no replies to emails, signed up to an offer of £20 no lose Cheltenham bets neither credited! Avoid like the plague will never use again

Absolute joke, put a bet on, said, bet failed so tried again, did this 5 times thinking internet must be playing up.
No!, just taken money out of account and no bet placed, waiting hours on live chat only to be cut off again and again, email no response, no calls
Takes the P#%*, will look at legal advice

OMG placed 2 bets which came up as unknown error, payment taken from my account but no live bets showing. Placed a £10 free bet on another horse which is now a non runner but free bet not refunded. They actually sent me a message to say the non running horse has won , can’t quite believe how bad this site is. The live chat is truly pitiful, I’ve withdrawn my remaining balance, weather it actually goes back into my bank account is unlikely STAY CLEAR

Never had any issues with Betbull. Withdrawals delivered in less than 24 hours and live chat was helpful when I had a question about free bets. The app can be a little confusing as to where to find the free bets and how to use the boosts, but overall been a good platform.

Con men i have been chasing them for 5 hours keep going backwards in queue money has been taken for bets and no bets issued i had a balance of £196 over 1st 2 days at chelt opened account on monday with £60 everything seemed fine till early hours this morn when probs started. No replies to emails and phone number is false i have raised the issue via resolver and just received generic replies. I am furious would love 5 mins with the tit running this shitshow

Absolute shocking customer service ..imho ive been sat in a que for nearly three hours..money has dissapeared from my account when placing bets but no bets have been placed..but the customer service is probably the worst i have encountered ,ive tried chat,email,twitter and no onr has contacted me.

Money keeps disappearing from my betbull account and the bets I am trying to make are not being placed, 200 pounds gone and they are ignoring all emails and the live chat, seems like a scam, I would avoid them at all costs

Avoid. Placed two bets, money has been deducted, but neither bet showing up in my open bets. Now have no idea if I'm on or not - but doesn't look like it. All the comments about how awful the chat is are true. Lured in by free bet offer, but now fearing I'm out of pocket unless gets resolved.

UPDATE - added one star to original review. A day later the bet showed as visible (not before i had already placed a second stake at another firm tho).
Experience was still frustrating tho...... horse lost, if it had won and i was on in two places I might have added another star :o)

I registered with Betbull on 9th March, after seeing an appealing offer online. Now just 8 days later, they have £111.28 of my money and I cannot withdraw it! I can't even place a bet with my own money. I am frequently told to contact Customer Service.

Betbull support have asked for photos of my driving licence, passport and the debit card I used.

I spoke with Live Chat on 12th March to be told the documents are being reviewed and I will hear something shortly. Still waiting.

I have tried to contact Betbull on Live Chat again, and at last check, I was number 524 in the queue! What is going on with this company?

Sorry, but the service is lacking here. I am in the process of raising a complaint/dispute via IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudicator Service and I urge anyone else in the same boat to do exactly the same!

At this stage, I simply want my money and to close down the account. This has been a horrendous experience.

Do not use first time customer placed £10 to get bonus £20 bets for Cheltenham. The bonuses not added bet froze and tried to withdraw money and would not let.Read other reviews as chat does not work kicks out when near being front if que..... AVOID worst betting site ever used should be reported

Don’t keep their promises. Signed up bet £10 get £30 free credit, and money back as a free bet on first race for Cheltenham. Haven’t received either despite fulfilling criteria. Looking at social media I am not alone. Try to contact their 24/7 live chat, was offline from 5pm last night so had to email support@ address. Gave benefit of doubt. No reply overnight. Got up today, tried live chat again, disconnected from queue twice. 600+ people waiting. Tried to call, no one answers office. Complaints procedure not clear as Gambling commission requires. Finally managed to find the complaints email so have emailed them.

A tinpot company trying to play against the big boys. Need to stay in their lane. I will be getting this matter resolved then taking business to a reputable company. Hi

Withdrew winnings fast payout what a joke contacted them was told withdrawals done 11pm every day then 3to5 working days yet other companys take up to 3 hours wich is a pity as I liked site

I registered a new account yesterday.. deposit 10 get 30. I recived 1 bet out of 3. Tried to live chat. Was 400 in a queue, waited over an hour, got to 100 then it said no more live chat please email bet bull support which i have, 20hrs later no reply 👍. Wished id of looked at this first. I had high expectations of betbull but now thats been dashed. Please put your customers first. As with out them you are NOTHING.. . UPDATE.. sat on chat today inbetween my jobs. Soon as you get from 400 down to 79th you get cut off, ive even facebook chat them over 24 hours ago and no reply obviously 🙄 😒. Fed up to the back teeth 😬, shouldnt be taking anymore bets.

Awful fraudulent company. You can't get in touch with them ever to resolve issues. Stay away!!
