Total Rip Off.. Misrepresentation of a product. No return shipping.. so once you buy.. you are on the hook for that Dollar Store crap !

Well ,I got my order cheap stuff . One pair of shorts was missing. Tried to email no email domain to be found and no number to call....
So now what..?

I purchased 5 clothing shirts and pants.The quality of there clothes are very bad, it's nothing what they post on the website fake photos, I advise others do not purchase

Do Not buy from this company! I bought 2 dresses, and I only got 1. The dress doesn't looks like to the picture they advertised. It was a garbage, I can't wear it. I asked for the other dress, not to be send, and refund my money. Now, It's been months, I didn't get the dress, I didn't get the refund, and the didn't answered my email. This company shouldn't be operating anymore!

They offering 5% discounts items came to £35 as soon as I hit the check out it went to £55 and then they add postage £9 then suddenly its £63 to pay . Bad company literally betershe and calavaas both same company same clothing same issue..the other company no.
answer .. I have stated I would give a bad review if not take the extras off .. they dnt care about customer apart from tricking and robbing people.

Do NOT order from this company!!! I ordered 3 hoodies in an appropriate size. 1 for myself & 2 for my boyfriend. Horrible fabric, no Stretch & poor graphics. I have been emailing them to return, but just like everyone else they ask if I'd accept a 20% coupon & give away what I don't like to friends, because returns must be sent to China, at my expense. I asked for the return address, but no reply. I've emailed numerous times asking for the info & no reply back. I know better now. Do not waste your time with this company!!! I'm out $80. The items aren't even worth trying to sell, they are THAT AWFUL.

What an absolute pile of crap these people are selling ! Surely trading standards need to get ahold of these people ? Pictures look great and then when the product arrives it is such a disappointment and to top it off the level of customer service interaction is also a joke ! They tell you they are not the ones to process the refund that I have requested and asking me to be patient even though I have supplied the requested pictures of said items and I can also supply them here or upon request if other customers want to be aware of what they are getting into !

Paid 40$ for a dress. It's so cheap. Oversized and sticking is crooked. I asked for a return and they made a huge ordeal about it going to cost me too much and that it would take too much time.
I persistently asked and they said they will give me a discount to purchase again
I said refund me a partial amount. ( amount if discount) and they won't budge. I regret buying here. I should have stuck with Shein. They are amazing.

The quality of the items are very poor and look nothing like what’s on their site. Shipping took about 2 weeks to arrive. I requested for a refund and they told me because the items come from China that it’s a long process and the buyer is responsible for the shipping so they offered me a 15% discount which went to 20%. I refused this offer as I will never buy from them again and neither should you.

It took about 1 month to arrive. Other things ordered at the same time from elsewhere arrived within 2 weeks.
I got in touch with Betershe and the conversation flow from there was in a good time.
The quality of the items are extremely poor.
I could get by with some items, the rest I requested a (partial) refund.
They offered me a discount and I can keep the items. It started at 15% discount and the last offer was 40% discount. No thank you. That means I need to spend more money with them to claim the discount.
They said I could keep the items so I disposed of the packaging. Then said I'd need to return the items for a time exasperating refund to be issued GRRR!
I sold the items I didn't like, so got my money back that way.
It all comes from China, so do not expect any refunds period!!!!

I give this company a 0 I ordered a little under a month now and purchased more than £158 worth (how stupid was I?) money came out of my account but o couldn’t find any confirmation emails that they were supposed to send to me for the order and did not note down an order number at the time of purchase as I expected to find this in my email. I therefore cannot track them and my bank is unable to as well as I do not have this information so just basically lost my money and have been scammed. Please stay away from them give them a wide berth i real don’t know how these people are able to sleep at nights

Wanted to do return on a dress that was to small not true to size and the material was cheap nylon NO stretch to the material email the company about my concerns they only wanted to give me money of my next order. Rubbish service and goods don't touch then, Just wish I checked the reviews first before I brought the item, The website looks great..... but items are cheap and poor quality not good value for money

I just ordered and I’m still waiting I can’t get my money back they won’t write back when emailed I needed these shirts for a show and it was my last piece of money. This is not right. I want my money back and they should be reported. Not ordering again 😢

I ordered some clothes($150) tooks more tham weeks, write an email and got no reply. I still waiting.

Just checked google reviews. States to stay away as site is questionable. Just about to order then thought..lets google it. So glad l did.
